It's a stealth part. Once you get past the first set of lasers it will prompt you to press 'b'. You should notice the hatch right above you and another hatch on the ceiling open. Wait until both the shadowy looking enemies are facing away from you and make a break for the second hatch (the one on the ceiling). This will lead you to a vent and you will have to get past the second set of lasers, basically the same way as the first set.
