It's Human Rights. Depending on the day HR was with Bad Brains, Human Rights or just HR. When the song was recorded it was Bad Brains, but it was originally done by Human Rights.
is this the ORIGINAL song??? theres no other version, or version that came before it??? did bad brains make this song? or did sublime and bad brains just put it together before they went on stage with it... i have looked all over trying to find the original or to see if this song derived from anything else but i cant seem to find anything..... omg when i listen to this song, it gives my goose bumps and when i play it on my bass, i go into a trance... like meditation or somthing.. its sooo cool!

You guys have heard Dogs Dub... if your talkin about king step you have had too... but read the lyrics to that song dude, so crazy. that last part of the lyrics is the story of a deaf but not dumb or stupid dog who wanders onto a railroad track with a train coming at him... but becuase he stays up all night and learns from the dumb things people do he jumps out of the way at the last minuet.. brad hints that he(the deaf dog)learned from watching people get run ovder by cars lol.thatswhat ithink
