I wish these cars were more obtainable for my generation. Guys are way over pricing them. Thats the reason why my generation are into the Jap crap. Luckly I picked up a nice steal. I bought a 78 Culass Supreme Brougham($1600) thats rust free underneath, neads some sanding on body, and less than 47000 miles. Powerful car. So there is some hope for keeping the musclecar tradition alive.
@JeffN727 They still were muscle cars just not as powerfull. The car is pretty quick as it is light weight and has a small block V8 so it really goes. The emmissions are disconnected on mine so its making more power than usuall.
@MrCartman2578 It's a mechanical apperatus thast makes the pair of rear axles spin together for more traction. If you watch the vids I'll be posting, you'll see a newer style El Camino without POSI, spinning one wheel
@CORVAIRWILD Aaaah, it's a "Sperrdifferential", for the German speaking part of the world. I've heard you say "got POSI???" in one of your vids, but didn't dare to ask. I was kinda shy, I guess *ggg*
Love that 442, but at $50,000 that's a bit steep. The Nova is nice but that's way overpriced too!

@JeffN727 The 442 was nicely done. The Nova was super rare, but real rusty

@MrPontiacTransAm Yup. Disconnecting the emmissions probably helps it a lot. That would give it a lot more power.

Not to sound stupid, but what does POSI mean? Is it a special kind of differential?

I love the GTO. Black and chrome is my favorite scheme on any vehicle, but I love it especially on the GTO and Camaro in those years.
