hey works for me ,what ever gets the job done. doesnt look bad at all.. i got 2 ubolts instead of binding on my medieval crossbow lol.. it aint period but it works great.

where did u buy the fiberglass rods

i have been looking to make a better crossbow than my pvc. n e chance u could tell me where u bought them?

I got mine at Westlake Ace Hardware they came as reflector posts, but I took the reflectors off, I'm sure you can get them at Home Depot or Lowes.

the fiberglass should add a nice power. you are makeing an almost composite crossbow with fiberglass.

I have now added three more fiberglass rods to make six and it pulls at a very high weight. Thanks for the comments.

oh, im still working on the stock for that, it'll probably be done by the end of the month I want it to look nice. It's going to use steel parts and a hand carved wood stock.
