simply embarrasingly bad! i really, really recommend everyone to stay far away from the PS2 port of the game. Its a bloody fucking mess, and i cant believe they actually had the nerve to publish it in its sorry state. 3/10 from me. Current gen version is probably allright, but i haven't played it.

Anyway I went to Office Depot and bought TRL and TRA for $4.99 each. Well worth the price. I recommend to the people out there to buy the PC Versions. Also buy TRU when it comes down in price. Its a little heavy in the system requirements but your getting the Xbox 360 version, I believe. There is so much you can do versus the PS2.

I bought this game last week. I agree that the graphics and game play are weak compared to the previous tomb raider games. But its a lot easier to beat. Also your health bar heals on its own. There are so less enemies on screen. But this is the only tomb raider game I have ever beaten. The puzzles are very easy to figure out. But the game movies look like they were cut up. So the story seems very disjointed. I give this game a 6 out of 10. But I will still keep it.

yeah i was pretty dissapointed myself. i've never seen the ps2 version but only saw the ps3 and xbox 360 version. i was amazed but when i played the ps2 one, sigh......

I decided to get rid of the game. I went to gamestop and got $10.00 store credit. I found out that the developers who worked on this game also made TRL and TRA. So I was really surprised they made this game crap! I put the credit towards GTA Chinatown Wars! I will probably buy the pc versions of TRL and TRA from Office Depot for for $4.99 each! And wait till TRU drops way down in price.

Crystal Dynamics was responsible for making Underworld for Xbox360, PS3, and Pc Versions. Buzz Monkey was responsible for making the TRL and TRA for PS2. So they had plenty of time to work on the game. Many people who own PS2 were really pissed off @ this crap game. Buzz Monkey could have modified the graphics engine from Legend to make this one. They were just too lazy making it. It was a rush job. IGN Slammed this game hard and told people your wasting your time buying this game.

yea precisely. thats the story i heard and read. i'm still pretty pissed about the ps2 version. I have Legend on ps2 and Anniversary on PSP and they're much better to play with.

Play the PS3 version. It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo­oooooooooooooooo cool. Good amount of enimes and boss fights. Xbox 360 idk about. But you should playit on Xbox 360 or the PS3.

TRU for PS3, 360 and PC doesn't have boss fights. I completed the game. The ending was a puzzle instead of a battle. It's so easy. No boss fights, like, AT ALL :P

da levels are way shorter and wid no enemies....i dont kno why dey gave guns with infinite ammo...graphics are so so...

Well onething you all must know the game doesn't have a reverse camera option so the control really suck.

It is "inverting" camera control. When inverting, pressing up moves the camera down, and vice versa. In the PS2 version, you cannot invert controls.

Me too... Anniversary is way better than Underworld...

I don't think the graphics are better than Anniv., for me, they are much worse... Lara don't get wet or dirt... and don't have any expression :/

but what I truly didn't like, was the cinematics...

they are from the Wii version, and in a bad quality...

The reason why TR Underworld looks worse than Anniversary and Legend is BECAUSE Buzz Monkey is the one that made Underworld, NOT Crystal Dynamics.

Crystal Dynamics made the last 2 games (Legend, and Anniversary (with help from Buzz Monkey though)) in the PS2. Now in Underworld Buzz Monkey DIDN'T HAVE ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL FROM CRYSTAL DYNAMICS thus the Wii and PS2 game look horrible.

ive heard the controlls r more unresponsive, the graphics r worse than tra and trl, and that so much has been cut, for example on the next gen tru u cud dive to the bottom of the sea, but this time its just a cutscene, there r no sharks in the water either and the levels r much more linear, its as if its been thrown together quickly in a mad rush

GFX aint bad, Controls are not as good as 360 or PS3 but certainly aren't crap.

The stages are a bit more linear due to console restraints, there are no sharks but for a PS2 game, NO BIGGY.

Adrenaline shots i haven't seen yet too
