I have no problem with this scene, but in real life, unless they're both regulars there, that would be the last time they saw each other. Because later in the movie, the only way they get in touch again was after he calls and has a gift delivered to her job. If you were to do that in real life, to some girl you just met... that would be considered stalking and grounds for a restraining order. lol ..but it made for a great movie.
