  • senaman ni mmg bagus.. berat saya turun mendadak.. saya lakukan 2 kali sehari.. mesti tekat!!!! kesan boleh di rasa sewaktu lemak dibahagian pingang perut bahagian tepi kiri kanan pinggang akan terasa gatal sewaktu proses pemecahan lemak belaku.. berat saya 90kg menurun sehingga 53 kg... saya juga mengamalkan senaman pinggul dan lengan... x perlu membazir duit kesalun dan ubat2tan.. banyakkan minum air suam sekurang2nya empat botol mineral sehari (1.5).. berhenti minum air ais.. hanya 3 bln...

  • wa....jumpa pun senaman kempis perut...bestnyer...dah 3 ari diet nie...n senaman pun dah jumpa ni ha....bestnyer....wa~~ ramai yg sakit ek..ni 1stly kena warming up dulu kan benda ni..kalau dah warming up..pastu skipping lam 100x then wat senaman kempis perut nie ok tak? grr..... should try this!! i bagi info seminggu sekali ok... now 57kg....i want my wight 48kg!! hurgh...n loss my spare tyre!!!

  • concentrate on lifting your shoulders n back rather than lifting your head n neck, try put your hands on ur chest instead of behind ears, and keep your eyes looking up at the ceiling n not some where else!

  • naihah..try buat right oblique crunch tu.. sy try tak sakit belakang..n paling penting kena warming up dulu utk lose muscle n joint..kalau tak takut muscle injury ;)
