Aside from to goat-ish eating habits this looks disturbingly familiar.
A Suggestion for better audio might be to get some of those older personal cassette recorders with a Microphone input and use those to individually mic the people in frame. That way you have something a bit clearer on them to use in the audio mix.
lol That was actually pretty funny. The interviewer looks like a younger Mark Wahlberg.
