Because Reggie Fils-Aime from Nintendo of America (NOA) doesn't seem willing to listen to Nintendo's fans, especially North Americans as they represent the world's largest gaming market, he should be removed as President/COO.

Take Xenoblade Chronicles as a good example. Although this game received perfect ratings from RPGamer and GamePro, Reggie continues to be ignore gaming fans and doesn't want to publish this game to North Americans.

The sooner he is gone, the better NOA will be.

In the case of Xenoblade Chronicles, this game has received perfect or near perfect ratings, even higher than any Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest game, but he still doesn't want to bring this game to North America.

Until Xenoblade comes here, Reggie is not awesome.

However I decline to agree with the fate Microsoft they've had healthy sales of units (well relatively healthy anyway) and decent array of game/franchise releases I doubt Microsoft will step down so eagerly. Out of the three companies I personally feel that it is Sony's head is on the chopping block from the three, but again with the money invested into their PlayStation division I'm sure that Sony will be sticking around for some time as well.
