The white one belongs to Xion. When Xion died, she wanted him to take her Keyblade. So he did, and it turned into the white one.

Donald and Goofy were asleep in the first place because their memories were affected by Castle Oblivion as well as Sora, because Namine has the power to manipulate NOT ONLY Sora's memories, but those close to him as well. When Xion dies, Roxas gains her power to wield the Keyblade. So he ends up being able to wield two. He threw the Keyblade at Riku to try to knock him off the building, but Riku ended up catching it.

That's actually not true, your reasoning behind Roxas tossing the keyblade at Riku. If you watch the video carefully you see a quick flash as Riku is jumping, a flash of Xion. Since Roxas absored her after her death, there was some of her inside of him, and she wanted to help Riku a little bit. Thus, she had Roxas toss one of the keyblades too him.

Side note: Riku was originally supposed to wield the Keyblade, but his heart was too weak, so Sora was chosen. thats why Riku was at least able to hold it and fight with it.
