That's exactly right..." 31 days...no police report nor had anyone reached out for a kidnapper!!!! Cindy...especially George knew what happened from the beginning. This was staged n I believe within my heart of hearts George is the main culprit
Even from the beginning Cindy saying "what have you done" was not a first level grieving process, it was well past. Almost like she was getting a kick over having one up on Casey. And "we could have found her a month ago" it's like what Cindy for all you knew she could have been missing 2 days that's not a normal response. More like what the hell are you saying, what are you talking about? If you didn't know nothing to say "my Caylee is missing'.
Then George and Cindy Anthony ask for immunity. You ask for immunity because you are guilty of something.
Then we find out the funds that have been donated to the Casey family are going to Lee Anthony the brother of Casey, so he can do his investigation, how much they paying him?
I think George and Cindy are guilty of something that is for sure.
thank you soooo much! i believe they were not down with it at first, but after casey explained to them it was an accident, they started to hide evidence and lie. which in turn got them deep enough to become suspects. thats why they lawyered up so fast. george wants to crack so bad, but cindy has control over everything.
Coming from a mother who at one point had, had it with her daughter's lies, stealing etc, Cindy sounds like a mom that's done with Casey-done until she realizes Caylee's gone. After her initial "OMG Casey what have you done!" comment, Casey being thrown in jail & denying their visits, Casey managed to cast doubt on their original thoughts & gain control. It's played out like the husband who's obviously cheating & the wife who keeps apologizing for accusing him & going back. It's such a sad story
Not sure either. I knew a police officer who said that it was a smell he couldn't quite explain but the closest he could say was like sick onions I guess a sickly sweet putrid smell, and one that you could not get rid of no matter how much you showered or washed.
Years ago an old guy died in the same apartment I lived in, on the same floor a few doors down the hall. He wasnt found for a week and I got to tell you when I smelled that smell I knew that something was dead and rotting. I thought it was an animal until I found out the real story. It is a smell that you can taste, it smells almost sweet in a wierd kind of way, but not a good sweet if that makes sense? I will never ever forget that smell/taste as long as I live. Nothing else smells like death!
I know EXACTLY what u mean. I had a neighbor that died & he was in this trailer w heat on for 7 days. (in FL, it's cooler @ nite & got warm during the day) When I smelled it, it was a sweet/pungent death odor. It STAYS w u no matter what & u never ever forget that scent. Not even a dead animal smells like a dead human being. Not another smell on this Earth like it, very distinguishable & distinct odor. Once you have smelled this odor, you never, ever forget it....EVER!
I hear you! I am in my 20s and I went out one night (3 years ago or so) and stayed at a friends house...my mom called my cell about 20 times, called all my friends and finally I picked up when she called. She burst into tears and said she was 10 min away from going to the police.
dramerican - Ya got me thinking. If the stain in the trunk is organic (leaked body fluid), would it be outrageous to think that fluid would continue to break down & stink more over time? Without a body in the trunk?
I have read literally all of the documents related to the Anthony case . . . this interview was conducted with Karen Angel, an employee at the rest home where Cindy's father resides . . . she confirms that Caylee and Cindy were present on Father's Day, June 15th, eliminating the June 9th conspiracy you speak of. It appears YOUTUBE does not allow me to post the link, so I will do so at your personal page dejazzd.
I guess the cops aren't looking into this possibility, that the trunk was in fact choloroformed after the fact to eliminate evidence? I guess its just too out there to get any real hard evidence on that.
The mgr at the tow yard must certainly did look in to the trunk which George, even removing a piece of trash he later tried to recover after learning it may be of some importance. He also indicated the smell on a scale of 1-10 was a 7 . . if Caylees rotting body was present, it must certainly would have registered a 10, no?
Hmm, that's a good point. The mgr also pointed out the smell grew worse over time . . and the tow truck guy who intially got the car said he did not detect an odor . . . (because of his cold apparently) Even so, the stink obviously grew worse over time . . would a body have to be present for that to happen?
Well, it hinges on the nursing home employee who verfies first hand that Caylee was there with Cindy on the 15th. This is an eye witness, on record . . available for public viewing. If you want the link I'll hook it up . . . .
I think George put the body in the back yard, then Casey took it to the wooded area, then the storm took it away to the underbrush, then no one knew where Caylee was until the meter reader found the bag. All the A/s could honestly say that they did not know where Caylee was for that time.
Don't give them ammunity. Slap the cuffs on the A's (clank, clank!). They tampered with evidence by cleaning the car. They misled police ("it was pizza"). Put them in jail just like KC. Come on! Why spare them jail when anyonelse would go right to jail! They tampered. She washed the pants. Arrest them! Let a court of justice determine their fate.
Why did Casey leave the child seat in the abandoned car? Why did Casey not buy gas and let the car keep running out of gas? Why not ask Casey were her left over duct tape is located--you know, the tape left from the dress..oh!..how about the dress itself..perhaps that tape matches the tape found of Caylee's mouth.... BINGO!
Immunity for the A's... Give me the reasons: They fear being charged because they concealed or destroyed evidence (unknowingly..so they say). They fear Casey will talk the truth now. They fear evidence will point to them. They fear real denial caused them to look guilty. They fear the truth about Caylee's father. They fear, they fear, they fear what? What do you fear that you need immunity? What did YOU do, Cindy!?
Queen, I wonder then why did she (Cindy)not ask about Caylee when she and Amy went to Tony's apt. to get Casey. It seems to me that reality hit Cindy when she asked, "What have you done?" I think too, that after that she (Cindy) went into "cover it up mode"
Wow Jazz, What a brainer you are! I couldn't find my daughter for a month BUT we talked almost every day! Wow! There is ONE thing I will give credit to Cindy for...regardless of how she was out with it...she felt something was wrong (so she can't ülead insanity!'.
I checked google maps and LP has made a big mistake with his measurements about 200 and 600 yards. It would have to be max 20 and 60 yards OR 200 and 600 feet to even include the forest.
Perhaps Cindy put Caylee in the trunk then sent CA away out of the home, then CA said she thinks her dad must have hit a squirl (now knowing body is in trunk & really not knowing where Caylee is..so she parties on.. until..she opens the trunk later too see what smells..& realizes SHE must have done something terrible wrong.. now to discard the body..and Cindy yells, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?" when Cindy knows it was not Casey that did wrong, but Casey bears all the guilt onto herself.
You are right, the throat shuts down! Unfortunately I was there one time. Cindy is not responding approaprately at various times, but she is acting like she only wants immunity just incase Casey finally tells the truth. Perhaps Cindy killed Caylee & trying to blame Casey..."You don't know my involvement?" Oh please don't give G&C immunity.
I believe the conspiricy started when Cindy went to Tony's apartment to get Casey cause Casey stole Amy's money & casey's mom did not even ask, "Where's Caylee?" Was she so hammered about the MONEY that she forgot to ask about Caylee? And tht was the same day that the car was brought back from impound.... hmmm.. I think the body was in the car then.... and no one knew where Casey was until Amy calls, and Cindy shows her to Tony's... the body had been moved to the yard by the time Lee shos up.
dejazzed - i don't agree. When Casey questions her mom "you don't know what my involvement is?" she does so in frustration, dissapointed to learn her mother, on TV, asserted she does not know what her daughter's involvement is. Clearly Casey was pisesd that Cindy did not immediately proclaim her daughter's innocence. Casey was mad that her mom didn't go on TV and back her up right away, that's all.
Question for ya . . . Can chloroform also be used as a cleaning agent, i.e. could George have used it to clean the trunk of in an effort to eliminating damning evidence?
Great question about the chloroform. If it can be used to rid DNA I would think it was Casey that used it, not George though. George is the one who stated in a police interview that he knows what decomposition smells like & he feared opening the trunk fearing it could be Caylee or Casey. I don't think he would have been waving the *smell of decomposition in the trunk* flag,to the detectives, had he been trying to cover that very thing up.
My theory..Cindy attacks Casey when she tells her Caylee is dead in the backyard, lies and says it was an accident, when it was either Xanax or chloroform (maybe even at the A's home where Casey would sneak back in when they were gone and used duct tape to keep Caylee quiet and drugged). The A's then get busy with the cover-up with Cindy in the lead, conspiracy begins with 911 calls.
Dejazzd, When Casey says, "Mom! You don't KNOW what my involvement is? Are you kidding me!"it really puzzled me. Herein lies the key. George & Cindy didn't murder Caylee, but covered it up. I'm still hazy on WHEN Cindy knew Caylee was dead. IMO she sounds desperate in that final 911 call, when she adds, almost as an after-thought,"There's something wrong. I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car!" Can you shed light on exactly when Cindy KNEW?
Does keeping KC in jail really prevent her from talking? "They haven't even found her clothes yet". Does she EVER shut up? After the next global nuclear war the only things left on Earth will be cockroaches and KC's insane revolting unending flappin' yap. If I was her mom I'd have punched her square in the face a long time ago, and be happy to serve time for it.
Wow Jazz, you are on a roll! Another part is that G did not pick up a call and didn't get back home till about ten and sent Lee. Not that work isn't a priority but with having left the stinko car and stuff in the car (rucksack, doll, purse), KC still a.w.o.l, he would have picked up call and gotten home.
He also said to KC when he got his cans back Jun24, 'C'mon, its been over a week since we saw Caylee'. He drove after her one day too.
Correction: GA does not duct tape the body, but double-bags the body, using duct tape.
(con't) , (GA MAY tell Cindy at some point in between persuadling her it's the only solution, in order to destroy the cause of death thru decomp. and together the work out their plan of action. KC off the hook if car is stolen, and Lee's paterninty hopefully hidden.
Cause of death: drugs, chlor. or both.
Later at the tow yard.he leaves his prints in the car with mgr. as witness.
I can see one of those flurry of calls made on 6/16 or later for that matter, connecting with george. If not then, sometime betw. 6/20-24. He either stumbles on the truth in the back yard or garage, or she tells then asks him what to do. He has always got her out of previous arrestable jams. He duct tapes the body, telling her to get rid of of the body, then to abandon the car in plain sight hoping it will be stolen. He swears her to silence, and he plays innocent for the next 3 wks.(cont
Could be Casey's was beginning to panic about the body decomposing in the car and wanted to know what she should do next (instructions from THE ANTHONGY FAMILY LEADER CINDY).
I am still really peeved about the Immunity deal that Conway says he is trying to put together. Immunity!!! This is a child murder!! If they can get this surely every criminal can say "I will tell you what happened as long as my words wont be used to prosecute me". Albatross I am angry, please make my new year and tell me they are not going to be successful in obtaining Immunity.
CINDY definitely should not get immunity (not that Lee or George deserve immunity either), she has been the ring leader of this group of grifters and Money Mongering!! She definitely needs to be charged with any and everything they can put on her, right along with her murdering daughter CASEY! If Casey gets off for the murder of Caylee, Surely These FOOLS should not feel safe in their own home! OR, maybe they have known since the very beginning and, as usual, Cindy is using it to make MONEY!
Of course they are not going to find duct tape, plastic bags, and the such at the Anthony's!! They have had months to get rid of these things and I feel absolutely certain they did dispose of any and everything they thought the police would be looking for! As far as a conspiracy goes, this is why their attorney is asking for immunity!!
Could it be Cindy choked Casey because she told her she had killed or lost the baby??? Maybe that is the way the whole thing really started. Your exactly correct albatross, I don't believe anyone really believes them.
I can not be convinced that they could not, or tried not to locate Casey in all that time. †hat former police detective
GA couldn't tail her? That CA couldn't use her head to track her down? Casey knew that Lee was looking for her....that they DIDN'T NOTICE THEIR CAR PARKED IN FRONT OF AMSCOT?
"someone someday will have to answer to that babies death"....it may not be tomorrow but there's a whole lifetime to capture her killer....

- Did Z know the doll's name?
- What did you get G for FDay?
- Where was first time out of gas?
- Describe guys who helped push into Amscot
etc.
I was saying Albatross, list of questions for KC!
Sorry for the confusion...but I had had one more thing to say...

sorry, a post got lost, it was my list of questions to KC
Trubisha 3 years ago
- You say '..as many people stupid enough to open their mouth and say something'. About what and why stupid?
- You mention your 'involvement', define that!
- Where was car first Fri out of gas?
- Define your Mom's 'cameo'.
- Did Anthony take you and cans to car out of gas? Where?
- You didn't want C to ask/know where Caylee was so didn't go home. Does this mean you knew something was wrong 16th? Is so what?
Enough already! We can imagine answers!
one more thing to say...
