MANCHEZ IS BETTER FOR VIGILANTE level 200 with just under 100 mins on the clock, if you go over 100 minutes it goes back to zero and chances are youll probably fail before your next kill so better to wait, much easier to clock up minutes on the manchez or any bike, and faster to get around and dont clock up starts a nd with so many minutes you can drop back to the spray shop any time
rhino's the best to use in vigilante missions.
