PETA is actually trying to enforce more humane ways of killing the animals, not veganism. However, veganism and vegetarianism directly gives no support to a cruel company by not purchasing this chemical ridden crap, but at least PETA has ways of being realistic about it, and just calling for a humane death. They did the same with Burger King a few years ago, who are now industry leaders in animal welfare (in terms of food service).

You guys should be thanking PETA, not reveling in ignorance.

One of my neighbors was from New Orleans and he cooked soul food. One day everyone in my hallway pitched in and we got a few rabbits from the store and made rabbit stew. That was a real treat for me back then. When I came back to the US I had lost 20lbs and he lost 75lbs. I never went back to McDonald's again.

@TheBigBentley911 You can check out all the information at mccruelty . com, they had undercover investigations performed, as always, and admittance that the company will not use the more humane method of slaughtering, which would be, quite simply, making sure the chickens are DEAD before they get skinned or scalded. It seems VERY easy, but they wont do it. Poultry is not even covered by the USDA Humane Slaughter Act. You can watch any investigation video by PETA or Mercy For Animals for more
