@dranzerbeast0308 I dont think you can train your birds to stop screaming or making noise in the morning. If you just got the cockatiel, then I would recommend training it by handling it every often and give it treats. If its already trained and it still makes noises, then something may be triggering it like lack of food, temperature, loneliness, or its just out of pure joy and happiness.
