  • may be u shud try speaking of wat u did....

  • And the nag of people trying to ride with you. Ever.

  • Well, you definitely fixed the oil consumption problem.

  • Lol well if its legal they can't do crap

  • @Mr007student Its not street legal at all.

  • hows this run on a track been thinking about fully race modding mine but not sure if i should or find another car

  • @teameccracing34 its pretty good, but even after its stripped down to bare minimum its still a few hundree pounds too heavy. But if you can make the engine have about 230whp or more its not bad at all it can keep up with most anything on a track.

  • This can't be drive on the streets? Lol

  • @Mr007student It can, the cops just wont like it at all.

  • @likess The wing is off, but its going back on after its modified for a taller height and a Gurney flap added. But after the rest of the car gets some extensive aero work. Full flat underbelly, front splitter, canards, side skirts, side ducts and rear diffuser. Then the wing goes back on.

  • take the wing off

  • i had the same engine too, :)

  • @ProjectNismoKY Custom made 3" intake, fujitsubo 421 header and custom 3" exhaust. No accessories, electric water pump and oil cooler. Ignition is also stock. The VE is the way to go. If you want to turbo it, you can do that too. They come in a VET variant.

  • @ProjectNismoKY Im not sure what youre asking about the swap part, but it came with the QR25DE and a full SR20VE was swapped in from a late 90s Nissan Primera. These engines can be had from around 1500-2000 from many different places. Id recommend gspec performance. I am using a B13 SE-R ecu with a Nistune daughterboard for tuning. In the B15 Sentra, the front and rear mounts will line up as only the 2000-2003 Sentra SE models came with the regular SR20DE. My engine is for the most part stock.

  • @codyody19 it seems that you are the one that is confused. Get your facts straight before you get embarrased

  • why is there so much confusion this is not a spec-v it is a 2002 se-r they came stock with the sr20de roller rocker not the 2.5. this engine has the same block as factory just diffrent pistons pullies and the head has a diffrent design.

  • Also, what kind of ignition system are you using?

  • I just bought a 02 Sentra with the 1.8, now, im familiar with the SR20's, but, ive only worked with the '91 sentra B13's, may I ask, did you swap the 1.8 or the 2.0? And any tips on where you bought the SR20 you're using? And what exactly you done to tune it? Did the mounts and such line up? Any info on how you done this would be great, also, any info on after market parts you used would be great also. I am looking for a SR20DE-T though, I like the 200whp+ range myself :D. Thanks.

  • @ProjectNismoKY if you got the money you can also check out mazworx website...they are selling sr24ve's that are capable of 300hp+ NA...but they are like $8-10k :/

  • Swap in a VQ35

  • NASA rules say the engine must be from the same manufacturer. And the SR20 did come in the B15 chassis as the SE model from 2000 to 2003. Except the block and head are the VE variant of the SR20. It's just a fire extinguisher. It's legal to race. Not street legal.

  • im sittin here trying to figure out how you can legally race with an engine that never came in that car's generation??? or do you not do sanctioned events? and i didnt see an external kill switch, do you have one mounted somewhere? i saw what looked like a fire extenguisher bracket on the passenger seat location. onboard fire supression?

  • No need for that wing

  • Ok, this car is NOT a SPEC-V, it must have the 2.5 spec-v engine! hehe!

    Great car!

  • wow thats one of the cleanest spec v's ive seen and sr20ve as well was put together nicely.

  • "no keys, push to startttttt"

  • How much did this whole thing cost you?

  • LOL . Her: YOUR GOING TO SCARE THE BABY ! Him: Yup! VROOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM

  • love the ignition :D

  • - Did you buy this a forum member? I see that you have the 6 speed tranny mated up to the VE. I can see the sealant on the bell housing. Does it have N1 cams? If not get those, or some Kelford 184-C V2's.

  • @RedDragonV09 NICE. Rare motor. Lemme ask your opinion--Gotta '04 SpecV. DailyDriver. Would you go VQ swap or your(SR20VE) route? And why? Is the SR20VE hard to get parts for?

  • whats the difference between that engine and the factory one? im looking into buying a sentra, could you please give me some info, website perhaps, thanks if you respond =)

  • Hey can u tell me where u get d extractors please

  • What size rims u got on their n really nice car

  • "you're gonna scare the baby!"

    "yup."

  • Comment removed

  • did you mess with the tranny or anything like that or is it the stock se r tranny? im wanting to put an sr20 in mine and im wondering how much im gonna have to upgrade just to get it running?

  • Sounds great.

  • "Your going to scare the baby" LOL!!!

  • Bro, you have a SICK Spec V!! But, why would you swap the 2.5L for the 2.0L?

  • @nissanunlimited Well the 2.0L was in it when I bought it. It may not have as much torque as the 2.5 but it makes more power than the 2.5 and the bottom end is stronger and there is more aftermarket support for the 2.0.

  • @RedDragonV09 Oh yeah- I noticed the StopTechs. Were the Brembo's not up to par for track duty? Or was it on the car when U bought it?

  • @RedDragonV09 Hey- what does the Greddy unit control? The NEOVVL cam timing/phasing/actuating?

  • WOW...THAT is a rare combo U got there. Green with envy.

  • what brand header is that

  • @redboyslimshady Fujitsubo 4-2-1

  • @RedDragonV09 how much ho do it give you an what website u buy it on

  • @redboyslimshady This is a VE specific header and it runs anywhere from 600-800 bucks from any website that sells authentic JDM parts. I didnt buy it, it was on the car when I bought it.

  • how much did the engine cost you? im interested in maybe doing this swap one day.

  • i have this motor in a 2000 nissan sentera se r spec vand it dus about 160mph all stock 198 hp. it a fast little number once you get it going ill beat them honda racers

  • i have this motor in a 2000 nissan sentera se and it dus about 160mph all stock 198 hp. it a fast little number once you get it going ill beat them honda racers

  • just wondering if you were able to keep the 6spd tranny with the sr20 motor?

  • im new with nissans and all, but why the sr20de?

  • does the tranmissin from a sr20de fit a sr20ve

  • @dashowstopa19 It should fit no problem with the proper bell housing.

  • @RedDragonV09 do you mean the original bell housing

  • @RedDragonV09 im doing a sr20ve swap in my 200sx ser and i wanted to know what would be the main things i need to wiring wise to get the engine started?

  • @dashowstopa19 Gearbox ratios alot shorter on sr20de but fits perfectly..."same" block

  • Nice one ,can you tell me what ECU did you use?also do you think you can run the VE with the DE ,ECU and not doing any damage ?thanks
