Typically if a ban does work it is accompanied by an increase in other crimes (i.e. less gun crimes would result in more stabbings, home intrusions and rape). 15 people killed in Germany too by a 19 year-old, but German citizens aren't allowed to own firearms so how did he get it? I thought they were illegal to possess? Bans don't work, periods. It just puts more burden on the taxpayer to enforce new laws.
