I am an athiest and my brother is a devout catholic and we had a contest where I had to read or "listen" in this case the entire book of john and my brother had to read one of my athiest argumenting against religon books. After listening to your readings I still find no enlightenment or moral teachings. Guess im not so easily brainwashed.

The best way I've seen to help understand it, somewhat, and it's very exciting, is the way, in which, light breaks down. I'll explain that in my next post.

Did you know that light can be broken down into 3 primary colors? Red, blue and green. You've heard of RGB monitors. Also, component video cables are red, blue and green. Think of those three beams of light as Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Put them together as one and you get white light... NO DARKNESS. Please read the above verse again and also John 1:4
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Yes, I enjoy them very much. In fact this week I am taking a "fast" from music, just for a week. I am doing that because I listen to it so much, I want to make sure I'm taking time to listen to the Lord and not just filling up all my think time with noise, if you know what I mean. So when I'm at work and I'm tempted to turn it on this week I have been playing your book of John insead. It's helped me stay on focus very much, I am happy! So thanks!
