I've felt this feeling that Alex speaks about. I used to get it all the time as a kid when I would look at the stars. I remember one time seeing the moon, the clouds and stars in a certain way that was so beautiful I almost 'passed out'. I say passed out but that's not even close to what I felt... maybe dizzy with beauty intoxication. Whatever it was, it sound very similar to Alex's feeling.
