@hanumanji9 Schwarzenegger had a heart problem and he was an actor before the 90's so he even sad that he will stop training and besides hes in the politics now why should he have big muscles. He reached his gold at his time. Lou is still training and that's why he looks the way he dose. Look at Sylvester, he trains before movies for a period and you can tell the differents.

Lou Ferrigno is like 5 years younger. When you're over 60, five years can make a difference. But you're right. It is amazing how a guy that beat up his body so much over the years with steroids, lifting, cutting, bulking, etc, can still have a great physique. If you look at the guys from the movie "Pumping Iron" and how they look today... Lou is easily in the best shape. I guess it's great genetics.
