programmers that criticize the most, usually screw up the most lol.... fwiw tho, i would punch somebody in the back of the head if i saw them using coolant for this job.
Don't be so critical...if you're not doing high production then nobody cares about the absolute shortest method to get the part makde. There's ALWAYS a faster way.

Woo hoo! Glad your thinking "outside the box"--the CNC machines I use ( max weight 30,000 lbs) make this look like a joke. Good if your working for Mattel. I agree with the other dudes this part took forever to do, too.
well if you look close the slab cut is on a 4 deg angle so milling on the z axis would not work, and i like to use a cs for spotting holes especially when 82 deg screws are to follow. as far as coolant , this mini mill has a fine screen and will plug up if u do and really is not necesary if ur only runnin 40pcs. just my .02

Adjust your milling speeds and feeds...part took way to long!!! rough cut in "Z" position then clean with side mill. also spot with a 45 deg and you wont have to second op the lead in thread chamfer! And you got a problem with coolant? even with delrin its soft but abrasive...plastic is very abrasive, use coolant!!!
