@ 0:55-0:56 How did he do that, what is that called? Did he let go and then put his full palm on the wall to push up it or did he slide his hands? Thats what assassins creed always does to get up on the top of walls/roofs i want to know what thats called PLEASE RESPOND! DX
@SI0AX I would describe it as a jump to cat followed by a topout though I'm sure other people would call it something else. When he hits the wall it is mainly just his fingers gripping, but by pushing with your legs and arms at the same time, you can get your full hand on top of the edge which makes it much easier to get on top of the wall.

hey im attending IU next fall and i was wondering if i could join ur group im very good at free running and check out me and my friends videos and tell me if u like them just type in logansport free running we have 3 videos of our own check them out and get back to me!

There is a facebook group called IU Parkour/Free Running (new) that I would recommend joining to stay updated. Look forward to seeing you out there. Make sure you're working on more than just flips though.

3:16 holyyyy shit! Nice parkour, some of the rolls made me cringe though because some were better than others.
Tell your crew to keep their legs loose and literally collapse into the roll on impact.
