@Alizyw Singing like you speak is the best approach for contemporary music - any music that is not classical. Try to use your voice the same as when you are talking - you'll feel it stronger and more connected. To get more info, watch some of my other videos, also my website has some free stuff - SingLikeYouSpeak . com
Sure wish I could learn to sing better. Your vid on being specific with pitch I think is alot of my problem. You mention confusing the audience when you sing with out specific aim for a pitch. I think this is what I kind of do. I don't people would say my singing is horrible, but they would not really know what to say, if that makes sense. Like, people say "it sounds ok but.... not really sure what we're hearing!" :)
@sengle1013 Try recording yourself and listen back as tho you're an audience member. Listen carefully to the music as you sing - don't worry about your voice - just listen and make music! All the best.
thanks for posting this. there's so much garbage on here that will actually ruin people's voices, posted by people calling themselves "experts". It's good to see someone on here that actually knows what they're talking about
I love my singing voice, personally. but i have a band, we need a bass player and a guitarist! pweez send me a video of you playing. i already write songs!
