@95Barqs1 Yes it was. Bone Ho did not create the Tornado Cut: Ashford Kneitel did. Also, despite surprisingly common misconception, no person has or will probably ever be able to possess intellectual property rights over a card flourish. Therefore, while permission to perform someone's moves can be courteous, it can in no way be required.
