  • as they say--a Kishore Kumar is born once in 500 years--we've been lucky to listen to his songs while he was alive

  • D beauty of this song cant be described in words..what a rendition from Kishore da n an impeccable music from Salil da...can listen it a dozen times repeatedly wid same passion and feelings

  • it cant get any better...kishore da at his very best n salil da as usual brilliant

  • mithun married kishore's divorcee

  • Never heard this wonderful melody before. Kishore Kumar at his pensive best. Which year did he pass away?

    Thanks divsflimifreak ji.

  • Singing, music, lyrics everything perfect for this song! Belongs to that category where the song is more celebrated than the movie.

  • what a beautiful song its remind me my past

  • My God

    What a song

  • this is just a phenomenal song, I thank profusely the person who posted this video for this song makes my mind feel contented and happy. This is just too good. Thanks a lot again. God Bless All, Bless the man i,e. Kishoreda of course - Vijay

  • Marvellous song...marvellous music...marvellous rendering by Kishoreda...all pathos has been injected into the song.

  • When I hear a song of Kishore Kumar after a while I think that this one is his best, and this continues. Just now I'm feeling Man Kare Yaad is best. If someone tells me my best KK song, I will have to list at least 300. And fav KK song...well that will be not less than 1000.

  • I had heard this song a almost a decade back..but couldnt find it later.Thank you so much for uploading this wonderful wonderful song.

    P.S.There is a bengali song of the same tune/same singer/same lyrics(in bengali,ofcourse)

  • @Abhisax1 Yes the lyrics is Mone Pore Sei Sob Din

  • @Abhisax1

The Bengali version is Mone Pore Sei Sob Din... and its is equally heart touching as this .

  • Hum jab na honge to ro ro ke dunia dhundhenge mere nishaan.... kaha ho Kishore da?

  • Kishore Kumar and Salil Chowdhury together have given some songs which can only go to the history of film music with being mentioned in golden ink!! Salil was a Lata oriented MD, but for male voices, some of his songs for Mukesh and Kishore are so marvellous, I just feel carried away!!

  • What an voice & feelings!! jesus!! KK is awesome, matchless.

One of his best melancholic songs!! right up thr at badi sooni sooni hai :)

They dont make such singers any more!!

  • brilliant song, just too good. KK zindabad. Cheers

  • Great Song!!! not an easy song either...

  • Why didn't Kishor want to sing for Mithun?

  • i think they must have added this on mithun after kishore died as he had banned his songs from being picturised on mithun -nice discovery

  • wow... what a gem! I had heard about Kishore not wanting to sing for Mithun, surprising how this came out then.

  • Mithun married Yogeeta Bali who was married to Kishore Kumar.

  • kishore did not BAN his sings from him being picturized on Mithun! He had, for a little while, stopped singing for Mithun. Otherwise, the 80s are replete with kishore-Mithun songs, and Kishore';s last recorded song Guru O Aaja Guru was also picturized on Mithun.

  • No...that song is not there in the VCD.

    :(

  • What a beauty ! thanks so much.. would you also have the Kishore-Lata duet from this film?

  • thank you for the song..

  • this is a rare song by kishore on mithun -it escaped his ban network

  • thank you fro listening to the song. i think it is very nice song!!
