@pudgeS18 agreed. I don't know about where ever you live, but here in Minnesota it's called The Good Samaritan Law. It simply states that if you witness an accident you must stop and render or offer to render aid. It's more so for people like me who are medically certified as First Responders (or EMT'S and stuff like that). It depends on the state you live in though, cause the laws are different. Calling 911 is rendering aid and anyone can do that. It's common sense anyway...

Even trained EMS personnel can just drive off as long as their not advertising their training (no special plates, not in uniform, not in an EMS vehicle ect...) But if you see an accident and people are hurt, start calling 911 and follow the dispatchers instructions....dialing those three numbers on a phone might save someones life. P.S.
