The most beautiful of it, in my opinion, is the last pass. No5 is so close... But he doesn't play selfish and refuses to take any risk to miss the trial. The team first... Rugby spirit, at its best.
One of the best and most incredible tries in the history of rugby. I love this try, but I'm caught between this one and Serge Blanco's from the 1987 semi with Aussie. That was spectacular.
aaaaaah yes enfin une vidéo de qualité pour ce superbe essai, et avec un son en VO siouplait : « saintetandwé …..deulowww, Béneuzii, ntEUmaKK, lorwent KEUbannes…..what a try ! »
@stanconsidine You don't deserve eyes. Why bother to even comment, when it only serves to make you look tremendously stupid. An attention grabbing effort of pitiful proportions.
@MrDaphlow i hope your right, Im Welsh and have been supporting the team since the 80's and have noticed that since the younger generation and a lot more women are watching the games a lot of bad tempered booing of opposition kickers are coming into the game now and it really angers me to see it, cant understand it myself just hope it doesnt end up like football is now with riots and yobs
What a great try ! I espicially like how A. Benazzi make it through and passes. And when number 10 put his arms in the air after passing the ball to Accoceberry !
This is why French rugby is so good to watch! They might not always play well, but when they do it quite often ends up with tries like this!!

"French Flair" at its finest. If they played with that kind of flair 100%, they'd probably have the Webb Ellis trophy in their cabinet for sure.

Look at that altruistic #9, gifting away the ball to a teammate seconds from scoring himself...that's what rugby is about.
AuxaneD 8 months ago 3
@AuxaneD
LOL probably the first time that the word altruistic has been used in connection to Rugby.
#9 - Guy Accoceberry

@alexhugo123 It is football. Rugby football. What the French (and we Kiwis) call the beautiful game.

@lickstickly They won this match and the test series. It was France's most successful tour of NZ and of a Northern Hemisphere nation.
