  • This is why French rugby is so good to watch! They might not always play well, but when they do it quite often ends up with tries like this!!

  • The most beautiful of it, in my opinion, is the last pass. No5 is so close... But he doesn't play selfish and refuses to take any risk to miss the trial. The team first... Rugby spirit, at its best.

  • the speed, the skill the accuracy the bravery the running lines the interplay.....

    What a fucking great try!

  • coming from a collegiate rugby player's point of view...that try was fuckin awesome!

  • Superbe essai...mais qui compte pour du beurre...

  • Made in France....

  • Two great teams that often offer a great show when they are both in the game.... HAIL RUGBY !!!

  • I've never seen the All Blacks do this.

  • One of the best and most incredible tries in the history of rugby. I love this try, but I'm caught between this one and Serge Blanco's from the 1987 semi with Aussie. That was spectacular.

  • You just have to laugh at how awesome this try is, unbelievable.

  • aaaaaah yes enfin une vidéo de qualité pour ce superbe essai, et avec un son en VO siouplait : « saintetandwé …..deulowww, Béneuzii, ntEUmaKK, lorwent KEUbannes…..what a try ! »

  • hope they don't play like that today : )

    Go The All Blacks!!

  • wonderful, it gives the impression the action will never stop

good to see n'tamack galoping, one of my favorite players when iwas younger

  • Just another reason my fantasy side is packed with les blues for the final!

  • I know I am guilty as well but look how many kiwis are watching this clip the week before the RWC 2011 final.

  • This is the best try Ive ever seen in my opinion.

  • how to put a black on his arse without touch him :) 0:32

  • it was so fast with so speed pass that the referee doesn't where he should put his feet haha ! 0:27

  • @Ysphen : on a faux tous les deux, je voulais dire Delaigue, c'est bien Yann Delaigue

  • @jarviscolomb exact Delaigue lol le Mari de Cécile de Ménibus !

  • @stanconsidine You don't deserve eyes. Why bother to even comment, when it only serves to make you look tremendously stupid. An attention grabbing effort of pitiful proportions.

  • @stevoflats glad to see some idiot fell for my sarcastic remark, LOL....

  • @stanconsidine I thought you were welsh, but no. You're just an idiot.

  • OMFG hahaha i never watched rugby and i rarely watch football or any sports..but i thought that was a magnificent play xD!

lol i fell in love with that play xD

  • "French Flair" at its finest. If they played with that kind of flair 100%, they'd probably have the Webb Ellis trophy in their cabinet for sure.

  • Ah, que c'est beau le sport a ce niveau !!!!

  • amazing :)

  • A truly great try. Search also for "greatest try all blacks 1992" for another beauty!

  • Salut,

    mystiques...

    :)

  • Look at that altruistic #9, gifting away the ball to a teammate seconds from scoring himself...that's what rugby is about.

  • @AuxaneD

LOL probably the first time that the word altruistic has been used in connection to Rugby.

    #9 - Guy Accoceberry

  • As a South African this is probably the best try Ive ever seen.

  • At least I find a good quality video of this absolutely magnificent try!

  • who was the first five that replaced Simon Mannix after the first test ??

  • le french flair en puissance !!!!!

  • Vive la France!

  • was this the first or second test in auckland?

  • @martyd1036 It was the second test. Les Français avaient déjà battu les All Blacks à Chritchurch 22-8.

  • wtf is this soccer?looks likd football xD

  • @alexhugo123 It's rugby. The european equivalent of american football but it's played by men.

  • @c3rveja and it doesnt suck balls.

  • @yaz044 you obviously play soccer where play acting and cheating to get cards and penalties is the norm

  • actually rugby is much older than american football, wich american football is derived from rugby....

  • @Amras1 I know. Never said that american football was older.

  • @c3rveja By REAL men

  • Comment removed

  • @alexhugo123 It is football. Rugby football. What the French (and we Kiwis) call the beautiful game.

  • Even though that lost them the match you will notice the NZ were applauding that try fair play to them

  • @lickstickly noop france won this test match making they also won the first test match

  • @lickstickly They won this match and the test series. It was France's most successful tour of NZ and of a Northern Hemisphere nation.

  • @lickstickly of course, it's the rugby spirit, i just hope we nex generations keep that way ;)

  • @MrDaphlow i hope your right, Im Welsh and have been supporting the team since the 80's and have noticed that since the younger generation and a lot more women are watching the games a lot of bad tempered booing of opposition kickers are coming into the game now and it really angers me to see it, cant understand it myself just hope it doesnt end up like football is now with riots and yobs

  • running rugby at its best :)

  • The same french team has lost against canada two weeks before and then won twice in NZ!!

  • incredible.

  • If that last pass had been dropped...

  • Brilliant - love the unnecessary scoring pass, just to make sure a move like that didn't end with a scramble on the line.

  • Magnificent !

At last a high quality video of this try.... great post

  • The best try ever!

  • why is the man in the suit totally grey at the start

  • That was a great French team that should have been in the WC final a year later (robbed by a gold watch wearing Welshman)

  • Meh

  • Thanks for posting this...I felt the need to watch this moment and the other two I'd tried before this were shit and blurry.

  • Does anyone know where I can get this series on DVD?

  • And it was the last move of the match that won the match (ant the serie) for France...

  • What a great try ! I espicially like how A. Benazzi make it through and passes. And when number 10 put his arms in the air after passing the ball to Accoceberry !

  • It's not fabien galthié but guy accoceberry I think.

  • Right, I confirm : it's Guy Accoceberry.

L'essai du bon du monde !

    Quel superbe souvenir !

  • Great work/pass from Galthie, tho he probably could have got there himself.

  • wow that is a pretty decent try

but the ABs are gonna carve up tonight!
