when you pop, pop straight (like an ollie) make sure you arnt popping to the side like a shuv it. kick your heel up and out. i find heel flips much harder than kickflips, some people find it the other way around! just keep trying youl get it.

flip harder down or quicker when doing heelflip. just landed first in 30 secs. first couple landed upsidedown so i flicked heelflip harder and popped higher. now i can barley do em because they land then i do but gets it done.

what you wanna do is pop the board so the front goes up, not in front of you. when you pop the board up, let your front foot do the rotation, and then keep your feet and body over the board. bit scary at first but just practice it.

No a back side varial heel is a backside varial heel. A inward heel goes inbetween your legs much like a hard flip. If your statement was true then a hard flip is just a backside varial flip but its not.

Actually this is a varial heel flip not a inward heelfip. A inward heelflip is like a hard flip but you flip it with the heel of your foot rather then with your toes. Your varial heelflips look decent though.
