  • we want to have a higher output gas hob installed at home and domestic gas burner usually never go above 3.5kw each. We wanted a catering grade cooker in our home kitchen with 9kw burners. WHat is the maximum kw you can use safely in a home kitchen? I understand it is by total kw combined with all burners running simulatanoeusly. WHat is the highest kw rating you can have before you start needing commercial powered ventilation systems. what is the highest kw burner you can run
