  • Oh.. And there are thousands of Christians who have doctorates. I will be one of them in the next three years. It's never okay to hate. No where in the Bible does it say that. Matthew 5.

  • @TmossBAM What would you call rape, murder, and genocide then if not hate crimes? And I distinctly recall Jesus himself saying that if a man didn't hate his family and his own life he couldn't be his disciple. Of course I've heard the "precedence" apology for this, but even if I grant it, you are still no closer to moralizing the former, which the old testament is overflowing with. As a student of the bible, you would know that mosaic law still applies to modern christians today.

  • @Larian1975 First of all, there is a difference between prescriptive and descriptive language in the Bible. Some of the Bible narrates what happened while other parts tell you how to live. Second, you're taking the passage where Jesus tells us to hate our families out of context. Christ is using the Greek word, "Miseo" which means to love less than. He means to say that we should love Christ above anything else if we desire to be His followers. Christ doesn't condone hate crimes.

  • @TmossBAM I believe I said that I've heard the precedence apology. But you're still left with people following a bad translation *without questioning any of it.*

But you've still not adequately addressed my point above regarding the violence and murder of the OT, which God himself not only sanctioned, but participated in. I fail to see how those are anything but hate crimes.

  • @Larian1975 I chose not to address it because I am incapable of addressing it via a Youtube comment that allots 500 characters. These big theological quandaries have to be answered with the following things: time, an open mind, and patience. On a personal level, while I understand these theological principles it is difficult to give an absolute answer. I would be happy to connect you to someone who has the answers who I know would be able to intellectually convey their point of view.

  • @Larian1975 I don't know what kinds of experiences you have had with Christians before but, obviously, it seems negative. I am happy to share my beliefs as well as listen to yours.

  • @TmossBAM This seems like the best deal I could ask for. It's not often that people ask me what I believe, (although many have tried to tell me what I believe. That's always depressing.)

But what do I believe? Let me send you a PM. I can't do that justice with just 500 characters.

  • @Larian1975 Sure, I'm assuming PM stands for personal message. Would you like to email or can you do that on Youtube? I am not sure if I know how to do that.

  • @TmossBAM I seem to have figured it out. Apparently it involves the highly technical skill of clicking on a button in your YouTube inbox. I'm a 'tard.

  • @TmossBAM It's been over a week since I've heard from you, and I was wondering if everything was okay. I have been looking forward to continuing our discussion, but you seem to have fallen off the radar. Have you changed your mind?

  • I think you sound pretty dumb. There are plenty of Christians who are intelligent people.. C.S. Lewis, Galileo, Newton. Maybe do some research before you say that religion makes people "stupid."

  • @TmossBAM Why should I care what you think? Your argument is juvenile and your reasoning skills are lacking.

  • @Larian1975 Why should you care what I think? This whole video is about thinking that religion makes you stupid.. I gave a pretty good rebuttal. Understanding and exploring different points of view is what builds on intelligence.

  • @TmossBAM You gave a reply, but I would not consider it a rebuttal. The reason I say this is because you seem to have missed my point in its entirety. I was talking about the encouragement to not do your own thinking and take things on faith - accepting things as true without questioning them, and worse yet, taking things to be true that are in direct opposition to your own observations. This is how religion fosters stupidity in its adherents, examples of dead people notwithstanding.

  • @Larian1975 There are plenty of Christians who are great thinkers, who challenge their beliefs, who discover, who study etc. Your terms "religion makes you stupid" is so ridiculously over generalized it is actually a logical fallacy called: The fallacy of overgeneralization. You're taking parts of multiple (and false) religion and applying them to religion in general. That is not a logical argument and, therefore; not valid.

  • @TmossBAM And now you've just wandered into my world. What you appear to be doing is committing the "no true Scotsman" fallacy (the bit about "false" religions).

Further, my argument against religion in general terms was entirely cogent and strong. Inductive arguments such as the one I was making are not "valid", as this term applies only to deductive arguments (i.e. all geese are white, Tom is a goose, therefore Tom is white.)

  • @Larian1975 It seems like we are not going to agree. I wish we could have a conversation in person so you can see not all people who believe in God are crazy, stupid, or full of hate. One thing that intrigues me is the fact that while some people decide to turn away from religion because they believe it isn't right for them you've decided to not only turn away but to try and bring others with you and defame the name of Jesus. Why do you care so much about something you don't believe in at all?

  • @TmossBAM That is an amazing question and I would love to answer it. Let me see if I'm smart enough to figure out these private messages.

  • Amen!

I like to say: Religion, Sports and Miltary are the three pillars of mindlessness.

  • @hoooiiiaaa That is the most awesome thing I've heard all day. Thanks for watching!

  • you're right. religion does not deserve respect at all.

  • I PRAYED TO GOD. can you belive it? im stupid. i was all that time talking to my self.

  • Thank You! Agreed! Great observation!

  • @Larian1975 i kinda get where your coming from but don't make such an assumption. Quakers don't hate anyone and believe in peace and more often then not antihomophobic. I understand how religion can be stupid yeah i know especially with the situations in the middle east. I think you should open up your mind and understand a lot of people don't just become brain washed from religion and don't believe every word of it. I honestly believe in christ but I also strongly respect Sidharta. Be Carefull.

  • @musicfolife1 Thanks for watching and commenting.

Quakers are reputed to be peaceful and gentle people, as are the Amish. However it wasn't necessarily violence I was referring to in this video. Indeed, MOST religious people don't commit acts of violence of the kind you describe.

Instead, I was talking about the encouragement to not do your own thinking and take things on faith - accepting things as true without questioning them. This behavior is praised and should not be.

  • @Larian1975 i can respect that

  • @Larian1975 Ya your very very right about that. I mean come on why would god put athiests on this world to go to hell. makes no sense come on. i believe god put athiests on this earth to be athiest so that we can open up our minds. Have a good day and your very very right.

  • Here is a very good example why religion makes you stupid: landoverbaptist[DOT]net/showthread[DOT]php?t=68675

    replace the "[DOT]" with a " . "

  • @DudeThatIsImpossible Heh. Landover Baptist is a satire website actually. Don't take anything they say seriously. Just laugh.

  • @Larian1975 ok. thanks :P

  • I agree with the author of this video. Religion does make people dumb and ignorant. The reason for that is very simple. When one introduces another frame of reference, apart from reality, into one's thinking process, one introduces a great confusion. Now you have multiple sources of information: reality and mystical revelation. Those two will, in a lot of cases, contradict each other. And when you choose the mystical source you'll act against the facts of reality. Therefore, acting stupid.

  • To me, the bible is just all fairy tales. I mean, imagine if we made religions and gods out of the Harry Potter series. Seems just as logical. I have a hard time believing that some magical sky fairy just plopped us all down to Earth one day, telepathically talked to us for a while, then used magic to make a virgin woman pregnant and make her his baby mama.

  • i love bible quotes its uplifting, but when it comes to the story thing its all crap.

  • I don't think I could ever put my full faith into a religion. So anyone who bashes religion on YouTube or anywhere else, just remember that people aren't trapped by their religion, they enjoy it, as it gives them answers us atheists can't obtain. Rage on me all you want if you hate my comment, but I don't care. What would it matter?

  • Maybe I'm just thinking negatively, but that's unlike me. I want to know what the point of life is. Is life here just for the hell of it, to have a great time? Or is there something else beyond death? I'm almost excited to see if I'll find out when I die. This is why there's religion. With religion, people have complete faith in their beliefs about life, they know what to do with it, and don't have second thoughts. I wish that I could do this, but being brought up as I have, I don't think I cou

  • @Bradguy123 Hey, you have it right. There is more to life than just living and doing what you want and despite what people want to believe something DOES happen when you die.. Keep reflecting. I know I questioned my faith and still do to this day. It's natural :)

  • @TmossBAM Yeah your right I know not all Christians are like that, just you know when your in a heated debate or whatever you say whatever comes to mind LOL.

  • I believe that religion is just an answer for why we as humans are alive and on Earth. I'm an atheist, and I sometimes wonder what the point of living is. You can get a good education, start a business, get rich, etc but at the end you'll just die. Yes you had a good life, but what does that really matter? When I think like this, I begin to look at life as if it doesn't matter at all, and it's just very depressing, so that's why I try to avoid thinking about those things. Maybe I'm just thinkin

  • @Bradguy123 I can only answer by speaking for myself I'm afraid. I find the lack of belief in gods comforting and liberating. It means that I have to take responsibility for my own actions. I can only be forgiven for the things I do by the people I interact with or faulty memory.

Is life meaningless? I think it can be. But you get to determine what meaning your life has. For me, life is full of wonder and meaning because I make it so. And I care whether the things I believe are true.

  • During the dark ages(Like 300 to 1500 A.D.) religion taught people that free thinking was a sin. Good thing I'm not a judgeful religious nut.

  • Be careful not to apply one group of Christians who made a wrong choice to all Christians everywhere. Thats neither logical or fair.

  • i think if we dont get of religion the world will die

  • @NoahTheGoldFox Religion is all about money, and for excuse.

  • @chesleycareystar Disagree.

  • I hope that you come to understand and know God. You seem to use someone's grammar and spelling to judge them, I know that my girlfriend's spelling is terrible but I still love her. This was a very interesting video to watch so thank you for making it and expressing your beliefs, however it seems really childish to assume believing in God makes you stupid. My brother he can speak Arabic, has a degree in history and is going to teach in Africa. He is also a christian.

  • @skeetbeatles Thanks for commenting. It's always nice to hear from polite people.

Regarding commenters, I was describing only a general trend; it would be a mistake to paint everyone with the same brush. However my original assertion that religion encourages blind conformity to bronze-age notions about the world and the rejection of science still stands - the belief in a young Earth and denial of evolution in light of the preponderance of evidence to the contrary marks adherents as stupid.

  • fuck religion fuck jesus fuck god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jesus can kiss my ass!!!

  • @blackdurga87 So childish and disrespectful.

  • shared

  • amen for that... no wait..

  • Well when people kill in the name of God then of course religion is harmful.

  • We've all come to this conclusion already!

    \ξ・∀・)/

  • This guy has got the idea. People think god makes everything. Science is the truth because we have so much technology to prove it. They dont have shit except a book..... I bet the bible humping kids are getting Rs in science. People are fucking brain dead. there is no god. If there was none of this bull shit would be happening in the world because apparently he is "the saviour" are you fucking stupid! no such thing as god

  • I read this somewhere:

Religion is like a penis. Its great that you have one, and you should be proud. However, I don't want you flipping it out in public or shoving it down my kid's throats.

  • It annoys me that most religious people think that if you believe in evolution then obviously you do not know enough and that you should read creationist science, you know, the REAL truth.

I do not care what people believe so long as they can construct a logical argument for it and do not shove it down my throat.

Anyone who wants to learn about why evolution is real should read Richard Dawkins "The Greatest Show On Earth", or "The GOD Delusion". They are very good non-fiction books.

  • the christian church should have an iq test so you could attend the church, you pass, your not allowed in, you fail, welcome new member!

  • religion is stupid !

  • haha true why are humans so stuped! hahaha

  • What can I say. I like this guy.

  • Religion makes people stupid and crazy. This guy is right and I wish more people thought like him.

  • my invisible boogie man in the sky is better than your invisible boogie man in the sky!

  • This guy is incapable of logical thought processes.

  • @clmabry How so? Where do you believe I've gone wrong?

  • @Larian1975

Don't pay attention to him, he's one of the idiots that you're referring to.

  • They just make up stuff to back it up. Like christian science I though you guys hate science now that just make up junk. All converter or believer they can kiss my ass.

  • Then they will say stupid stuff like God has the power of invisibility that why you can't see him.

  • Hold up the sun and set it down. Well i don't see a God. Only science and math exist period.

  • Am a man of science and math. Religion is just made up by human. That why you can't prove religion wrong. Religion is stupid due to they say god

  • No. Religion doesn´t MAKE you stupid. If you are religious you already ARE stupid!

  • @peterikarlstad The Lord is coming back the signs are there...Look at all the shit that is going down in the world

  • Religion is so awesome I love being told what I can and can't do. I love being forced to be an idiot that believes anything that another idiot tells me. I love being the only person in the room who doesn't find this simply retarded...

  • @alleycatjones , So you hate being told not to murder people or steal their property.

  • Religion = Absolutly everyone is welcome, GOD LOVES ALL HIS CHILDREN!!!

    exept:

    Gays

    Abortion

    Blood transfer

    Transexuals

    Bi-people

Yoi get the point. And if he loves us all WHY THE FUCK DID HE CREATE HELL!?!?!?!?! I mean what's the point of that?

  • A conversation with a stupid christian.

I tell the christian that religion is stupid because it only brings hate. and we have a discussion. But then when i say that christianity just maybe a huge bluff that some dude wrote in a book and dated it year 1, everytime someone outsmarts a religious person thay just go defence and say: No. and when you ask why they say no,You get this:

Well it just isent a bluff god exists.

there is no winning or losing in this shit! It's all just fucking bullshit

  • Nice video, I enjoyed listening to what you had to say.

  • Nice video, I enjoyed listening to what you had to say

  • @Justinerism Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed my thinking out loud. =) I really need to find time to make more videos.

  • let me start off by saying i dont have anything against religious people, i just think they're ignorant. Anyone with a lick of common sense could realize that since people created religion, it couldnt be truth because PEOPLE created it. As redundant as that sounds, it actually does make perfect sense. With so many different religions out there, who's to say yours is the only one thats right? I will continue this when i have someone to rant with. A one-sided debate isn't fair now, is it?

  • Religion is for scared people, people that unconsciously want to be controlled, close minded people with little or zero imagination, people that can believe that they have been saved from an illness while for some strange reason their almighty god doesn't save the starving children in africa. To believe that u have to be self centered and think u somehow deserve more than the straving children

  • im YCGWIS btw and also i forgot to say that yeah... religion is retarded, things are so much better with out one, you can think freely of w/e you want

  • If something goes 99% of the speed of light it is hypothesized that it will create matter... who knows how they came to that conclusion but at the current time that is not possible

  • @YCGWIS I'm not sure how you mean that. We already accelerate gold and lead nuclei to well over 99% of the speed of light and we've not, to my knowledge, observed new matter being created. What we have observed is new types of particles coming into being that weren't in the original atoms after we allow this accelerated matter to collide. I can give you a rather deep and complete explanation to this if you like as it is the subject of my current research at Arkansas State.

    Thanks for watching!

  • @Larian1975 thank u very much.

  • @TheLovesoul1 You're very welcome. Glad you liked the video!

    Thanks for watching!

  • Most importantly, I disagree with the maker of this video, I'm not a religious person, I just strongly disagree with everything you are saying, for you are stretching certain religious beliefs, and mixing them together. But also...your getting some of your "facts" wrongg?

  • I hate to be "that guy", but I don't agree with anyone here.

  • @IamtheJunkee Fair enough. What's your take on things?

  • I completely agree with your statements; however, I don't agree with your disagreement on people's knowledge of the english language. Honestly I believe you should be able to communicate however you please because language is pre determined by a continuous created by humanity. Therefore fuck or any word would be alright to say as long as the receiver of the information is able to decode the information, otherwise your attempt at communicating is a failure. Then one could call that person stupid.

  • @chipthetormentor That's a good point you raise. I assure you that my day-to-day language isn't sanitary by any means. In this video I was referring to those who swear beyond necessity. Ditto for those who use the words "like" and "and, uh". To me they're almost the same offense - indicators of a brain in neutral.

"Fuck" is a fine word. It makes a wonderful ejactuation, and it shines when used as flavoring. But using it every other sentence just strikes me as immature.

    Does that make sense?

  • @Larian1975

It's just that to say it makes you stupid is false. Religion is everywhere, some of the smartest ancient minds were religious people. You never ignore common sense with religion, or any of that. None of it is common sense, it's a faith. It's just something to believe in for hope, and it comforts them. Yes, there are stupid religious people, but there are also stupid athiests. Besides, think to yourself, its equally odd, nothing exploding into something creating matter. or an old guy

  • @Larian1975

and the scientists that say the big bang theory is true, that nothing created matter contradicts what they also say, that matter can not be created. It's not only the bible that contradicts itself ;)

  • I heard the accent and I though "Oh shit, here we go" But you are a very intelligent man and I respect your opinion. I believe that religion can be good and it helps people everyday. But that doesn't make it true. It just means that a certain number of them MEANT well. like a kid wanting his fingerpainting on the fridge even though it's fucking rediculous, it makes them happy.

  • @edwardocortez Sorry to get to your comment so late. I'm a dope.

I once wrote a piece postulating the reasoning behind religious creeds and their founding. I believe it is plausible that mandates handed down from "God" were originally designed to keep people in the tribe from screwing up and getting other tribesmen killed. The desert teaches harsh lessons. So yes, there may be a lot of good intentions in religion's origins.

    Thanks for watching.

    (P.S. What accent?)

  • @Larian1975 sort of a "souhtern american" accent. Im canadian so I guess I just hear it a little more lol.

  • Any1 disagrees fine, I respect that. As we all know, we don't agree & don't have to agree on everything.

  • They use religion as an excuse the way most blacks constantly use the race card. Most of these ppl care nothing for morality. They just want ppl to bow & worship them like royalty as if they're monarchs of the universe. Example a "religious" person yrs ago once said God would let him die in a year if he wasn't paid $1 million. Like fools, some ppl actually believed him & gave him the $. Stupid. I believe in God & that's me, but I don't need religion for that or anything else.

  • Religion is pathetic & full of wimps. The fact is many of these ppl, not all don't even follow their own so called beliefs. They say it's wrong to commit any form of sin, yet when you see some ppl who cause some form of evil & get caught, many of them are so called "religious". They use religion not to ask God or their Gods for forgiveness. In their minds they're undoubtedly thinking "I'm gonna commit more sins & I don't care. I just need your permission or 2 be forgiven 4 previous & future 1s."

  • Fuck yeah good fuckin video fuckitty fuck fuck fuck

  • God does exist.

  • @SummerSunshine1988

Okay. I can honestly say that's the nicest way anybody has ever said that to me on YouTube.

    *Hands Summer a cookie*

    Thanks for watching.

  • @Larian1975 : Cute. There is evidence right in front of your face. You deny it.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 Wow. Even when I'm being nice people get hostile. Go figure, huh?

Frankly I don't know what evidence you're referring to. In fact, I don't even know which god you're referring to. (Thus far, no god has passed better muster than Santa Claus in my experience.) If you care to try and convince me that you've got it right, I'm willing to be receptive to any evidence for whatever god or gods you're making a claim for. You sound confident, so let's have it.

    Warm regards

  • @Larian1975 : Didn't mean to sound hostile. The God I am referring to is the Christian God. It's really very simple. There is archeological evidence that the Bible is factual. If archeology proves out the Bible, and the Bible proves out God... well, there you have it. Plus, there is scientific evidence that points toward God.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 Thanks for gettng back to me. What about the parts of the Bible that run contrary to archaeological evidence? These would seem to disprove its accuracy and reliability. Do we agree that if one is to accept the reliability of archaeology to bolster a claim, one must also accept its power to discredit one?

I am unaware of any scientific evidence which points toward God. In fact, every shred of evidence we have to date seems to point the other way. What have I missed?

  • @Larian1975 : I don't know of anything Biblical that contradicts archeology or science or whatnot. If you really think about it, God and science go hand in hand, rather than contradict each other. A huge piece of scientific evidence is that scientists have discovered each cell of the body containing millions of microscopic machines. Mere nature does not make machinery.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 Well, here are a few examples of what I mean: The Jewish captivity in Egypt and the ensuing exodus, the Great Flood, and even the star that heralded Jesus' birth don't have any backing other than in the Bible. (The conjunction producing the "star" in question happened, yes, but the date is off by several years.)

Many structures are self assembling on molecular scales. In fact, life relies on those processes to propogate. They're consequences of the laws of chemistry.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 : You just proved everything the guy in the video said about religious people. What does archeology proving or disproving the Bible have to do with anything? The religious mentality thrives on ignorance and robs people of their ability to use the brains God gave them. I don't need archeology to tell me that.

  • @zoeyjusko : The bigger the leg that the Bible has to stand on, the bigger the probability that it's true.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 Quite so. Unfortunately the inverse must be equally valid.

  • It's like I always say. To have faith is to welcome ignorance.

  • we are evolved monkeys n still evolving

  • "The following program features scenes and dialogue of extreme religious stupidity, irrogance, violence, and delusion. Viewers discretion is advised."

religion is delusional...but delusional isn't necessarily stupid.

  • Religion indeed make people stupid.

  • religion just proves how weak and insecure people are

  • faith is used to control people, if you give logical reasons as to why you don't believe, then they pull the faith card. To wich i reply "faith is something that we have no evidence or proof of, it simply does not apply." Philadelphia

  • The Only real religion Is Love: No idols, No religious Symbols, No Prayer Books or pamphlets or any accessories. The real religion is Our RELATIONSHIPS to one another and how we react to one another. SO CALLED Religions out there are nothing but Cults which is a system of worship and beliefs designed to brainwash you and make you stupid by not asking questions and make you do things blindly. We Human Beings should wake up and get real Enlightenment!

  • Great sincerity; thanks.

  • I agree with everything you said. But not just about religion. But about politics too. In fact, here's something you will likely allow cognitive dissonance to prevent from going through your patriotic filter. You are not a "U.S. citizen". And certainly not as defined by the 14th Amendment. Please watch my video here on YouTube entitled "Voluntary Servitude by Deception" to learn how you have been deceived into signing away your sovereignty for servitude by applying for a social security number.

  • My favorite saying is from Mark Twain:

I cannot see how a man of any large degree of humorous perception can ever be religious -- unless he purposely shut the eyes of his mind & keep them shut by force.

  • My favorite Mark Twain: "It ain't the parts of the Bible that I can't understand that bother me, it is the parts that I do understand."

  • religious people is annyoing. fucks sake

  • @SnowEagleEatEm they are aren't they!

  • religion doesn't make people stupid, people make religion stupid. Stupid people that like comparing the devil to god or islamic religion to christian religion, comparing wrong to wrong isn't going to solve anything. To me religion is just an opinion.

  • @11chingchangchong but then again people made religion , so religion is stupid :P

and don't tell me religion existed by itself ! man made god thats the bottom line :P

  • @11chingchangchong well don't mind that comment just notice you said its was just an opinion , well in a way yeah..

  • the only moral law you need is:

"Do onto others as you want done onto yourself and return to others what they done to you."

  • Yes. Religion is for idiots.

  • @ZogsEnemy I agree big time! ever since I stopped believing in christianity, Ive gotten better grades!

  • @ZogsEnemy So if what you say is correct, we live on a planet with 5.5 billion idiots, wow we are one dumbass planet.

The fact you call people who believe in an intelligent maker stupid shows your ignorance, i could call you stupid for believing finite nothing made infinite something. Infinity does not work in our realm or realities, the fact you call probably over 45 billion people stupid shows how ignorant you are (throughout time)

  • @colbyrules8 Yep, I'd say the 5 and a half billion idiots is a fair estimation. :)

  • @colbyrules8 What you fail to understand, is that NOBODY knows how we got here. So, for all these religious people believing such SPECIFIC supernatural stories is absolutely delusional. The fact of the matter is that everything we know, up until now, lends NOTHING to these supernatural stories of creation. Evolution doesn't answer everything and it sure as hell doesn't explain how life started in the first place, but we know it works. Science has gotten us where we are today - not religion.

  • i dont know if religion makes you stupid, but its the stupid people who go for that shit.

  • i dont believe in religion, but i believe in god. It's because im scared to accept that then i die ill be just gone....

  • I completely understand how you feel. Nobody wants to die, and I can't say that I'm in any special hurry either.

Instead, I choose to accept my mortality. And it encourages me to try and make all my days count for something.

    Thanks for watching.

  • You believe in 'God' because you're scared of death? That's silly.

    There is no God.

  • Think of it like this: When you die, you lose all sense of consciousness. It's really nothing to be afraid of; were you afraid before you were born? No because you didn't exist yet, and you weren't conscious of this. It's the same thing when you die.

  • Dont be afraid to die. you will have the same experiences you had before you were born. Were you afraid to be born?

  • Actually i was scared, as my mom told me, i was crying and screaming. Thoe i'm not afraid to die, i think were is an ultimate reason for our existance. Either way i'm sure we will find it out some day. But not yet, i'm happy to be alive.

  • @crator007 and whats so bad about nothingness? the simple fact that you cant comprehend it? i think nothingness is better than the bullshit that some people call life.

  • @IMAWESOMEANDUNOIT

Nothingness - how can you not comprehend it? It's the comprehention of it that makes you a nihilist, and in most cases because of it your personality, wanting to live degrades, ultimately leading to suicide.

Most of the times people start to believe in nothing, because they don't have anything to believe in (their life is crap, they are depressed, afraid of life itself and so on).

  • @crator007 trying to comprehend true nothingness is like trying to comprehend whats inside a black hole. if you dont let your imagination take over, you cant think of anything. thats incomprehension. all nihility aside, you just cant.

  • @IMAWESOMEANDUNOIT I can, through meditation.

  • no it isnt

when you make a mistake, if it is inevitable, it is ignored. but if you do something immoral, injustice, it is only your fault... acording to those religions noone can blaim satan.

"when judgement day will come each of you will put the plaim on satan. and "i did not forcibly make you stuck into sins"he will reply. "

quran says. i think other holly books say so. if you ask me i am not quite religious. but i read those books so i know what they say. there is no such stupid idea.

  • stupid 10 commandments evolved into a shitstorm of crazed ideas. Thou shall not kill etc etc bla bla. Thats fine, but it could really have been reduced to a handbook with a few morals and how to interact with the rest of us. And dont drink the blood and eat the flesh please. Always check the coolaid when you are at a strange place.

  • Heya Rawsawn,

I completely agree. But even the 10 commandments really aren't all that great.

I mean, come on... do you really think Moses thought it was okay to lie, murder, and steal before he went up on the mountain? (Okay, there wasn't a Moses, but this is just for the sake of argument.)

    Thanks for watching!

  • "do you really think Moses thought it was okay to lie, murder, and steal before he went up on the mountain?"

Moses didn't but you must remember that 4000 years ago there was NO LAW. There were no policemen just military might and most of it was corrupt. The 10 Commandments and THE MOSAIC LAW is what differentiated the Jewish nation from all other people on earth. They had the LAW. No one else did.

  • You are completely stupid and ignorant?

Check out Code of Hammurabi. It is basically an ancient set of laws, and guess what?!?

They were made about ~4000 years old. So yes, there WAS LAW that long ago.

  • Religion is all about power.

  • Religion is for stupid people who can't think

  • Can't or won't, it's about the same thing.

  • good video 5/5

  • Thanks. New stuff sometime before the heat death of the Universe. Promise.

" it would be a compelling argument if it wasn't for the fact that bush is a walking cum stained dumbass!!!"

Perhaps you should BAN this guy also!

  • Political speech is protected by the first amendment to the Constitution. However the Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire case of 1969 said threats to personal safety are not.

If he threatens you and I see it, I'll ask him to stop. If he doesn't, then I'll take appropriate action. So far, I don't see any threats coming from him. Use of "vulgar" language doesn't qualify.

  • Because you want to get stoned, commit audultary, steal from your employer (Do you actually have a job!!!!) and basically sear your conscious, Stupid.

  • Are you sure you've posted this to the right video? This doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense otherwise.

  • "Professing THEMSELVES to be wise, THEY became FOOLS." Romans 1:22

  • So what's your argument? Polly want a cracker?

  • My purpose here is NOT to argue with you. My purpose is to warn you of a VERY REAL HELL and the importance of avoiding it. For 140 years as Noah and his son's constructed the ARK...the skeptics, scoffers, atheist and agnostics mocked God. It was only until the rain began to fall did they realize the HORROR that was about to befall them and their families.

  • You've come here too often trolling my videos for me to believe anything you say.

You've been rude to me in every single communication we've ever had, and I'm no longer going to tolerate you. You are insufferable. In fact, go away and don't come back if all you're going to do is make threats like this.

  • in other words control by fear????

that IS what you are offering....

If your god was so paowerful how come he cannot defend himself from all the slings and arrows?

Did god hear the children crying when the flood waters came????

really you are just spewing rhetoric and dogma, you are only concerened for yourself and no one else really. Instead of being compasionate (like jesus said you should be) you open up with threats of damnation. You need to go back and read your bible yet again!

  • " Instead of being compasionate (like jesus said you should be) you open up with threats of damnation. You need to go back and read your bible yet again! "

These ARE the words of Jesus.

    google Luke 12:4-5

so YES...I am reading my Bible and following Jesus.

  • no, you are being a judgemental turd.

and you are just picking and chosing what you want out of the bible just like all christians do.

i hope that you have no daughters, because if they ever get raped, well according to your "good" book they have to be paid for by the rapist and then they become the wife of their raper.

really dude that is one fucked up book of jewish fairy tales.
