I believe in psychics. For example Dorothy Allison who was a part time psychic detective who did her work for free. A lot of her predictions were spot on, and very direct. For example in one of the murders she investigated she had a vision of a rock with the word MAR on it, and an old, destroyed car. The body of the girl was found just a few meters to each location months after the prediction when they found the site. She also predicted the murderers name and appearance.
@AlanaSinclair You believe in psychics because you dont understand the tricks they use. Dorothy Allison is a fraud. Her predictions were vague.
If she was really psychic she would have proven it in scientific tests, she would have won a Nobel prize, as well as taken the Million Dollar challenge.
So your belief in psychics is from a point of ignorance.
Educate yourself on their methods and you will never be fooled again
@BadPsychicsTV no, I believe in psychics because I have experienced (unpaid) predictions from my friends. You may think youre right about psychics but I think I'm right about psychics. Don't want to start a war so lets leave it at that.
If he was on a ventilator, he wouldn't be able to talk anyhow, since the ET tube goes between the vocal cords. This whole script sounds like it is BS.
funny how psychics are treated in rl. As if they are supposed to know everything, you could give one slip up an your automatically demonized and a fraud, that shows how appreciate society is....sad
@trappedinameatsuit, everyone hear posting good comments has not experienced what it is like being taken by those they trust. People go to psychics and spend money for advice. What they do not realize is they are being deceived for their money. This is not right and people should hold them accountable
@trappedinameatsui,t No in real life we test the claims of those who claim to be special and if they refuse or fail we call them what is true, frauds. Peter Popoff was a televangelist who claimed to heal. Hundreds claimed they were healed. Randi brought a radio device that picked up the signal Poppoff received in his earpiece by his wife and was exposed, so everyone has a right to call that deceiver a fraud. Later people who claimed to be healed reported they were still sick. Placebo is powerful

this video is bull crap im a psychic my self and there is no tricks or mirrors and i feel sorry for those who put down somthing that they cannot just open there mind and accept
@beentothemovies I would agree with you if you replaced skeptical with critical. Scepticism as I experience it is not merely questioning and critizing it pairs very often with rigorous stubborness (sorry if I mispelled that). I am sorry to say this but I really can't stand sceptisism because it seems as if sheer denial even beforehand is a integral part of it...
I prefer critical, I normally would not make this much fuss about a word but the meaning, at least to me, is so different...
lol jr is lame...why do people think if someone is psychic that they are supposed to know everything? Just because they don't know everything doesn't mean they are not psychic. I have a friend who is psychic who atleast proved to me so I have my own proof. It doesn't work like that. You are psychic, everyone is. Most just do not realize it.
A friend of mine told me the same thing. As an Illusionist who knows Mentalism, I performed a cold reading and was more accurate than the Psychic he saw and believed was the real deal. You opening your comment about Randi with an insult gives me insight into your character.
@trappedinameatsuit youtube is full of people who hide behind their computers and have no need to uphold any character. You saying that " JR " is lame removes you from intelligent conversation and leads me to believe you just want to hear yourself talk instead of have a rational discussion. Imagine a world where people do not hear each other out, but instead act like you and just call what they do not understand, " Lame "
Perhaps you should look into what James Randi & his organisation actually do before casting aspersions. In the Randi test they rarely look for 100% accuracy so they dont need to "know everything". All they do is ask the psychic to do what they claim to do every day but in a controlled setting that eliminates cheating/cold reading etc. A typical test may involve 10 readings with 6 out of 10 required to be correct to pass. The psychic has to agree its a fair test 1st. Easy money. Why no takers?
@thenigotoffthebus James Randi is his own judge and jury and he is not about to put his money in jeopardy. I have no more faith in JR than you do in fake psychics. I do , however, recognize there are many real psychics and mediums out there.
@k0smon Not so. This is the thing many people seem to miss about the Randi challenge: The results aren't judged by Randi or anyone else. The results are self evident. The protocol & what will constitute a pass rate is agreed to before the test by the applicant. A typical pass example would be if 6/10 believers can identify their own reading following a sitting with the applicant. In any case other groups test too. Never positive results when proper controls in place to stop hot/cold reading.
It isn't a case of 'opening your mind.' There is NO substantial proof (or even just plausible evidence) that there is any truth in the claims of psychic/mediums. You can call non-believers close-minded if you want, but can you actually prove the claim that you just made?
I wouldn't try to prove it because I don't believe in Demons. However, if Demons do actually exist then there is no reason that it should be impossible to prove. People say 'ooh ooh some things exist beyond the realms of proof and science' but if Demons manifest in the real world (which they do if they are possessing people) then that shouldn't be so difficult to prove.
@ebrobaru The 'show' is dependent on the psychic doing what he claims to be doing. You need to ask the people who benefit from his gift to tell you how real it is. Scepticism is one thing, putting your head in the sand and denying any reality is another. I base my idea that psychics are real on personal experience and long-term study in the field of psychism.
@k0smon This show is based on ratings. Just as every show on tv. If it has to lie a little, whats the harm right? You need to benefit from the studies of these so called psychics to know that they are just doing parlor tricks.
Personal experiences can´t count as proof for many reasons, like bias confirmation for example. What studies are you talking about?
@ebrobaru :: The studies referred to were my own personal reading and acquaintance with people in this field. I have attended seances, and I am convinced this stuff is for real. You can run into some bozos every once in a while, but on the whole, it is as it claims to be.
@k0smon your personal experiences? And do you have the credentials to be considered and impartial, scientific researcher? Or just you gut feeling? As I told you before personal anecdotes are not reliable proof. It is human nature to remember the hits, and forget the misses. It´s is human nature to want to confirm true something that we want it to be.
@ebrobaru :: My credentials suit me fine, as do my reasoning powers. You are already convinced that this stuff is hokum, and even if I had a PhD after my name, it would not matter to you. Perhaps you too can come up with some phony one million dollar offer to 'test' these psychics.
@k0smon Well, see that´s the problem. You say that since you say it´s true, then it is. That´s not a very sound argument. If you have a Phd I guess you would be more open to the scientific method of experimentation. "phony" million dollars? Ok, now you are using teh typical excuse these fraudsters use.
It's easy to just call the deceived stupid. But the truth is that anyone is capable of being deceived & those most convinced that they can't make the easiest marks because they're so convinced. It's misdirection. These types of charlatans are no laughing matter. They do great harm & tend to attract those who can barely afford to pay for the "services." Many people have even died because they listened to the advice of psychics over that of doctors. & anti-medical sentiment is growing in the U.S.

Your industry is riddled with fraud. Blind belief is what you people thrive on.
Having an open mind is being a sceptic, no psychic in history has ever proven they have any ability in a controlled setting.
100% of psychics fail when the chance to cheat is removed.
I will forward your name onto badpsychics and leave them to look into you
