Where can I find one of these since the manufacturer's website is down? I have a vuzix 920 vr wrap, but this one has a slightly higher fov and I don't want to pay $800 for the hmz-t1. I'm aware this one doesn't do 3d without a way to shutter, but that's not necessary for the project I'd be using it for

My god this guy! i bought one of these recently and they are pretty cool but they do strain your eyes and the cables get really messy , also the connectors are weak as shit so be advised.another problem is the lack of hdmi input which is obviously due to its age there is also faint streaks running through the video which can be irritating.

1.Can I play PC 3D games like "Lara Croft Guardian of Light" in 3D, does the Headplay support Nvidia 3D Vision technology? or is the 3D support just for watching movies?

ps:I have GTX285sli Nvidia 3D vision GPU's

2.Does the Headplay HD Component Cable support PC gaming at 1280x720 HD resolution? or is it just Native Resolution of 800x600 pixels I will get for PC gaming?

that device he said his grandma collected the stereoscope or what ever it is called I acctually used one of those at a museum and he is right it is like a quite old peice and it actually does work very well suprisingly and to think on that why did it take us so long to copy that instead of the stupid red and blue lenses which gives you head aches and some time s you see purple after the movie with out the glasses for a few minutes.

Don't go shooting your mouth off, the red/cyan glasses way was the only economically feasible way to show 3d movies. Do you really expect a movie theater to buy several hundred viewboxes to show movies through each individual seat? Or risk many movie-goers by shooting a side-by-side image of the movie, and have everyone cross their eyes for a full feature length? Even then, you'd have to sit in the right spot. It didn't take us a long time, those red Viewmaster toys are stereoscopes.

Put the mic around you're neck, and adjust it so its right around your mouth, and (if you're playing on the xbox) set the voice output to come from your TV.

It's been out for almost 2 years now. Apple tried to do one, sony , and some other company tried as well. But none of them beat the head play. Each of the other visor was missing 1 or 2 thing. The head play has it all from being lite weight to hooking up everything to having its own battery pack with a life time warranty!

Why? You couldn't tell the different from it. The resolution is near HD. This is the only gadget out there that would turn those ugly pixel picture to high quality pictuer with out using a software to do it.
