This was first released on the compilation album called 'songs of freedom', and is part of a 6-minute medley. As far as I can recall, this is Bob teaching some of his stuff to a fellow musician he was working with. I believe it was somewhere in Europe. It's all in the booklet that I can't find right now...

@acidrootblues According to wikipedia, this is one of four songs that were recorded during the 1972 sessions with Johnny Nash. Famous for "I Can See Clearly Now," his girlfriend had connections in Jamaica and Nash was introduced to the Wailers. Nash's JAD Records picked them up and produced these songs for them, but as you know they were never successful.
