Crackdown, the original was a decent game, had it's bad points but it was ok. Crackdown 2 is a prime example of a rush released game, they got it out there too quick, too soon, and didn't check and revise over it and pick out all the glitchy kind of issues, like grappling problems, the map areas/layouts to name just a couple. There's just too many flaws and no story at all, it almost doesn't make sense at times. The orbs are there, I feel, to give you something to do.
