If you ever get to the US, look me up in Virginia. I ride a Flexi Pro and the Blue Ridge Mountains have some sweet rides, too. My top speed is 52 miles per hour coming down Windy Gap.
But you must not ride on the street with mountain tires!!! The Schwalbe Kojak is a good choice for the DS. Also be shure to have a good brake system. Avid BB7 or BB5 and a custom made brake lever. The original plastic one is rubbish!

@kiwiasylum Real pain came to me in half an hour. Next few hours were the most terrible in my life, they gave me some morphine in the hospital, but it still didn't let me fall asleep. Then there was a surgery, and things got much better. I tried to put a video right after the surgery, but YouTube doesn't want to recognize video encoding, I have to transcode it first.
