  • ok i just need a simple answer i own the theatrical versions on blu ray. does the extended version blu rays look better then the first blu ray release. is there a difference in transfers?

  • @C815richard Yes, it looks better then the theatrical one. I own both of those versions in Blu-Ray. the Extended Edition Blu-Ray - Fellowship Of The Ring has been remastered so it is in fact better than the Theatrical one. It is just how the Director (Peter Jackson) wanted it to be.

  • @loyis77 great thank you! but is it true that The Fellowship of The Ring has a noticeable green tint to the entire movie?

  • @C815richard You cannot notice anything. That was just rumours and nothing more. I can even tell you that it is even pretier than before...! :))

  • @loyis77 good deal well im sold im gonna pick it up. just hope i can sell my old blu ray version. thanks!

  • LOL! This trailer is about a Blu Ray HD extended boxset and this video is NOT available in HD

    FAIL!

  • Oh man! THE BEST movie of all time!!!!!!! I own the original DVDs, extended edition DVDs, the Blu-Ray trilogy, and I have this on pre-order. I can't freaking' wait!!!

  • @darkangelik25 One of the same for me:

    1) Theatrical 2 Disc DVD's (all 3 movies)

    2) Extended Box Set 4 DVD's (all 3 movies)

    3) Theatrical Blu-ray's (all 3 movies)

    4) and have pre-ordered Extended Blu-Ray's (all 3 movies)

  • DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE SONG AT 1:15 IS CALLED

  • @Morringlin This is the most famous song called "Requiem for a Dream"

you will find it as Clint Mansell - Requiem for a Dream Remix

    :))

  • @loyis77 THANK YOU!!!!

  • @Morringlin You welcome. Feel free to ask whatever else you might want to know.

    :))

  • nerds

  • It would be amazingly epic awesome if they played the extended editions in theaters. I bet New Line would make a shitload of money if they did (probably enough to cover costs of The Hobbit); hell, I know I'd put aside a whole day to watch them in succession in theaters. :P

  • @weaver2109 This is from TheOneRing(.)net yesterday:

Fans of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings should start clearing their June calendars. It's been revealed that not only will the trilogy return to the big screen at AMC Theaters, but all three films are arriving in the Extended Edition versions previously available only on DVD. The Fellowship of the Ring will screen on June 14th, The Two Towers on June 21st, and The Return of the King on June 28th. Each film will screen for one night only.

  • i wish they made more LOTR it was the most epic movie.

  • @ponch01966 They are making "The Hobbit" bro. Same director, same cast, same crew, same country, same movies (about).

That's something, better than nothing right ?

    :))

  • @ponch01966 Hobbit is out soon.

  • cant believe its been so long since i saw the trilogy in theaters, im old!
