Thanks for posting - I'm having pretty much exactly the same procedure for the exact same problem. I had not found anyone with the same problem as me on YouTube before, so it's a relief to know this has been done already!

In Alberta: Braces $9200
Top jaw surgery:$4000
Bottom jaw:$4000
wisdom teeth removal: $1200
gum graft 1 tooth $800
chin surgery :$2000

@kevtech733 I'm originally from Alberta. Wasn't any of this covered by insurance like Blue-cross Quickcard, etc?

It takes 3 years to get through this plus 6 months after. So there is many appointments.

I'm all done now other than I have to wear top and bottom retainers. I got my braces of July 14, 2009. It was a long 33 months of having braces. I don't know to many that had to have them on as long as myself but my teeth were really mest up as you could see in the video you just watched.
I will be making my last jaw surgery video in a couple of days.
