Yes. It's Divine from LUST IN THE DUST which was a parody of (among other things) Mackenna's Gold.....the worst western of all time. You can Youtube the theme song, 'Old Turkey Buzzard'.  You've heard of spaghetti westerns? Well this was a schmalz-bucket western. My grandfather, who craved westerns, got up and walked out of the theatre, I'm told, about two minutes after that song. You can also Youtube "These Lips" as a clip from 'Lust in the Dust'.
