If dialog sells their products to those people, it is their responsibility to handle all sorts of problems regarding those products. This call either could be a genuine one or could be a fake one, but which ever it is if Dialog doesn't train their staff to cope with the situation I don't see much of a sophistication in that as you described.

Do you know..most of the calls received by the Dialog hotline are just nuisance calls or calls given by people to spend their time with someone (bcoz Dialog hotline is free, therefor most of the idios are using the others precious time). If these idiots stops calling the hotline, then anyone can quickly get through to a customer service agent without any delay.

This training is given only to handle most appropreate and genuine customer calls and not to handle such ass hole customers who dont have any knowledge. Also a customer service agent is appointed to help the customers with the product/ service. They are not recruited to conduct classes or sessions about common sense / general knowledge.
