This would never happen in my country and never has till date! The people should rise ip and see that a child is never harmed...Never ! its sheer neglect on so many people that this has happened. Admit the NEGLECT! Open your eyes change the laws and people fight for it! These mirderers should never be set free...Infact they wont they will go the Hell and how!!
