Maybe to make it "greener", you could try using the treadmill as a generator for the computer and whatever else you may use in your office (pencil sharpener, waffle iron, etc.). I personally have no idea how it would be done, but I'm sure you'd be able to, considering the amazing skill and mental ability it must have taken to create that.
