I do like the Scorpion version of this song as well, but I don't see how you can say this is weak. I think her voice is powerful. And maybe I am just a child of the new age, but I love all the different sounds going on and her voice is just gorgeous. I like the new version better than the old.

@Kareenamac Hmm,I think Scorpion's version with Klaus singing is much better and more powerfull,'cause his voice is very natural and nobody knows better to singtremolo than Klaus,but that's just what I think and I don'tlike her style of singing it.I can agree that it is weak and she's not natural enough for me. I also find the music of the original much better, but it is a nice try to make this cover totally different from the original anyway.

Well in my opinion I wouldn't change anything about this song. I absolutely love it. I have yet to come across anything by Sleepthief I don't like.

@theharemmistress why does everyone think this is a Scorpions song? Its Real Life. Ever seen the movie Rad? The flatland scene in the gym? Scorpions were famous with Winds of Change and Rock You Like a Hurricane.

I'm no expert, but i find this version somewhat plain/weak compared to the original song...something is amiss here.

don't get the wrong idea; i'm a fan of electronic fusion - i.e. enigma, delerium, conjure one, state of grace, etc...

@MeuhMy1002 Uh when was that ? Year or better yet decade ? The very first time I ever heard this track was by a band named " Real Life " Around 1983 . It received some airplay but not a lot . Just enough for me to go out and by the CD single. I belive the Scorpions Cover came out around 1990 , Unless I am mistaken . ( Not sure Been a LOOONG time ! )

@kbdevo1962 That's very possible, I'm too young to know so much good music from the past :P But I'm pretty sure The Scorpions did this before Sleepthief. But I don't know about before. Let's do some research... Okay I just did. Send me an angel from Real Life has no link with Send me an angel from The Scorpions or Sleepthief. The beat are too much different, and only the title is in common, the lyrics has no link too. :P

@MeuhMy1002 Upon Listening to the Real Life track , I see I made an error . And what really threw me off was the way Kristy sings this . The highs the lows and a similar vocal tempo . It is very similar to the Real Life song in that regard . But the overall tempo is much slower . Like I said it has been a long time since I listened to the track.. And I don't believe I have EVER heard this track before yesterday . ( I was living under a rock ) I like this version better than the Scorpions
