Your parents do not have to be American citizens in order for you to be a natural US citizen. That has never been put into law. It comes from a book written in 1754 called "The Law of Nations". As long as Obama was born in the US, he is eligible. The Health Director verified that. Learn the law.

There is no such thing as a Natural Born Citizen as far as the law is concerned, but the 14th Amendment outlines what a Natural US Citizen is.
