all this is is brushes, im not bashing your work or nothing but all this is is a couple brushes, i usually use the pen tool or the brush tool (not brushes i use it for making lines) ... but i guess the overall picture is nice despite my dislike for brushes :p good job, hope you can show us some more

thanks anyway haha i could have made a tutorial showing people how to make these effects using such things like the pen tool and then use different transitions and effects on it, but i just wanted to give people a very easy and quick way to make a simple yet effective bacground, so even people with less knowledge on photoshop could use this.

make sure you have the auto select and show transform tools both ticked , you can do this by choosing the brush, using it on the page, click on it with the cursor(pointer) then it should be checked or unchecked at the top left hand corner somwhere.
