hey when i try to add a door in a wall, it goes in, right. but then when i paint new segments after the door the door doesnt appear on a wall when i test in game. help?

ok so how do i add water? fps creator x9. thats what i wish to know. how to add water. i hold TAB in the test thing but the test window closes and i get an error saying fps creator x9 needs to close.

if you want X10 you need a graphic card thats VERY ADVANCED! because u need direct X 10 compatable so you need an ADVANCED graphic card. one that u can play assassins creed 2 max graphics high resoloution with NO LAG whatsoever

when i try to put a key on a table, crate etc it doesnt go on it. it goes under it. X9

@killerslayer543 Make sure the table is set to static. You can then place the objects on top (pressing enter to make sure it stays on top).

It's not likely that it will anytime soon. Direct X11 is brand new, and Direct X 10 hardware is finally falling in price. Until the Direct X 11 graphics cards drop it won't be worth the companies time developing it.

New engine

New media

New physics

New Ragdoll and Gore

New co-operative AI

New Water Effects

New game preview parameter adjustement

Apart from that it's exactly the same, lol.

Simply right click on the starting point, and adjust the properties box.

FPSC X10 is a completely new graphics engine. It's not an upgrade but a whole new project in it's own right.

Run the game in preview mode. And Press Tab. Then just adjust your sliders.

I suspect if you are saying that, you've not used V1 before. Between the full screen shaders, water effects, new models, glass shader's etc. X10 and V1 are very different visually.

I have had V1, I mean, the normal graphics, the textures and stuff in X10, they all look the same as V1.

I have noticed the glass shaders and water, they do look nicer, but thats the only thing.

The other videos I have seen look alot better than mine.

Can you save your games as an EXE file....Or do you have to open your game With FPS creator all the time?

You can produce games as EXE's using the build game option.

If you are refering to the content you can put into maps, may I recommend you upgrade FPSC to the latest version, you will gain access to the new TGC Store system, where you can purchase models that suit your project as needed.

will FPS Creator X10 still work on my system ??

No chance sorry. It needs a minimum of a nVidia 8600GT with 320Mb ram or an ATI 2600HD with 320Mb RAM.

It's not just a speed issue, though that is a factor, it's that anything below those cards, either don't have enough power or don't support Direct X 10 technology at all.

X10 only works on Windows Vista with a DX10 video card (eg NVIDIA 8800 or above).

Yes, no problems. It makes a standalone game for you to share with your friends.

I got the program, but its not working on my PC. Someone said that this x10 is made only for Vista, I have XP. I have good Videocard, so I dont think that the problem is in it.

The graphics are awesome, the shaders too.
