It is from the concept album of the same name by the multi national group Esperanto: Rock Orchestra. Try searching youtube for 'esperanto last tango'. The album is about a rapist and the original (English) lyrics are about the aftermath of the rape and (I think) the suicideof the rapist

Last Tango in Paris or Last Tango in Monte-Carlo? I actually got see Sylvie Vartan at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo on September 29, 2006, where she hosted a gala on behalf of the underprivileged children of Bulgaria, her homeland (and mine too!). Sylvie Vartan put on an awsome performance that night, one that I would never forget, and best of all, it was for a very good cause! The world needs a lot more people like Sylvie Vartan!!!
