Yes, it also has a button here, and here, and here, and here. And it's a 100% kickass product. It also has a kitchen sink, or so I'm told by MS.

Does it have removable dust filters or motherboard tray?

Unfortunately it doesn't have those. I think... I'm too lazy to find out. It's a kickass product, don't point out any downsides!
