Well he is not gay nor lebanese.. He is moroccan he lives in Rabat and he works as a dance instructor. The music is not the original one he is dancing on. This music is Rai music it only exists in eastern morocco and Algeria!!

Oh he is just so fascinating to watch,he is a gifted dancer,he brings expression of the music,all his moves are perfectly synchronized .There is a reason driving every movement as any true artist would recognize.He is an appealing dancer and he is enjoying himslef.Bravo!

whether he's gay or not, i admit he's really good, i'm a lebanese belly dancer, woman. and i can honestly say he has some shakes better than mine. but 4 seconds in whole he was not gracious, check at 2:12 @ at 2:27 -2:28-2:29 the feet. other than that, very flexible, impressive with the arms, especially the left one if he's right handed. Good very Good.

I wanted to respond a while back, but delayed to avoid the registering process. Anyway Ala surely didn't make the mistake that you refer to since that video clip HAS MOST LIKELY BEEN DUBBED WITH ALGERIAN RAI MUSIC. I was inspired by watching Ala and about two months ago I started taking belly dance lessons.

Oh God, the most famous belly dance instructors in the world are MARRIED ARAB MEN...Yousry Sharif, Hassan Afifi, etc are the most famous and they are not gay.

the point is that when a man is moved to dance, he has to express it. I like bellydancers when they are talented, and if it happens to be a man, then that's just as wonderful. I don't like male dancers when they act hot and masculine. I like it when they just dance.
