hey mwr im looking at the gt28rs turbo kit for my gts. wanting to run it at 12 psi the recomendation is mild built engine. can you tell me what i need for a mild built?? cheers

I checked the flying mile with a stopwatch in 18 seconds. 180 mph would translate into a 20 second mile. 18 seconds would translate roughly into 199.99 mph. Taking into account human error on my part, I am sure he tripped the Bonneville clocks at 200-plus. Congrats.

I'm not buying the whole 200mph claim. It looked like it was going 120mph and it sounded like the engine was going to blow. Good luck in next year's run.

Are celica's stock with a 6 speed? Wish we could have seen the speed slip or the speedo in the video...

Yes. The trans in this car is 100% stock except that a limited slip differential has been added.

I'll be sure to post a slip with the next one.

It's DE stroked guys, the 1.5L is correctly typed.

stock 2zzge is 1.8, and if they're using their stroker its a 1.9

I think it was a missprint stock 2zz is 1.8L not 1.5L
