  • Muy buena flexibilidad, pero parece que lo hace como si sufriera. De una manera forzada y tensa

  • at the end of the day..you have full splits..so good on yaa

  • Hey guys I'm trying to find decent videos or something that can help me learn martial arts and kung fu so if you guys could reply to me with any suggestions it'd be much appreciated :)

  • If you keep practicing these stretches, will you eventually get more and more flexible? I am just starting out training in mma and would really like to improve my flexibility.

  • I hate these kinda discussions."Strikers own grapplers" what a bold statement Royce gracie early UFC's need I say more.Depends on whos striking and whos grappling completely.Timing is not just a striking thing. Can you not time an arm bar, time a shoot(takedown)?Dont talk fight unless you know fight.

  • I totally agree - Arguments over one style being better than another is completely futile.

We enter mixed-martial arts tournaments and there are never any guarantees as to which style will win - such is the nature of fighting.

Having said that, I do think some styles are better for some people. I think how effective they become depends entirely on the dedication of the students... how much the student trains and what context they compete in, or (hopefully not) actually fight in real life.

  • That is quite true, but I think boxing is inferior to an extent, but I suppose that isn't really a martial art

  • doesn't matter wat style it is..... its the person's ability isn't it.... unless u can make fireballs come out of ure hands....don't say that one style is better than the other.... there are all equal, its just up to the person whether it suits him/her or not...

  • kung fu gets owned by ju jitsu so iv heard whats ur input on this???

  • Heres My Input, Before you dismiss any fighting style, go find yourself a grandmaster and go fight him, after the fight is done, than come to your decision.

Also, go try to use BJJ on more than one person in the street and see what happens, You will sign up for a striking art the next day.

Strikers own grapplers, Striking takes skill, timing, and proper execution, BJJ has room for error and is based on grappling, one of the first human mechanics you learn as a baby.

    You do the math

  • Thanks for your common, sir just go and find out for yourself how we created our name, then we can talk sir.

If you know something about the martial arts then before you talk about any fighter or instructor, first find out who they are, in reality sir those words of timing and proper execution, plus the word striking you probably learnt them from us. We usually mention those words quite often.

  • wow man "go find a grandmaster" that was an idoit statement some people are just plain better fighters than others a style justfocuses a persons ability and agression just as people are all thinkers some poeple have the ability to think beter then others everyone can fight but some better all styles can be defeated but the percentages and statistics are with a rounded fighter its ignorant to be one sided cuase if by chance a grappler gets you down what are you gogin to do
  • How is that an idiot statement?

Compared to a guy who has probably never had a fight in his life, and is purely a spectator, saying "I heard BJJ owns kung fu"

If he thinks Kung Fu is bullshit, and wants to know for sure, than the best way to test that out would be to find himself a grandmaster in any form of kung fu.

I never said anything about being one sided, I think you made an idiot statement because you didnt carefully analyze what I said, and added your own story to it.

  • Cro Cop vs Gonzanga, Gonzanga is a BJJ'r, he couldnt finish Cro Cop in his element, and caught him with a kick, it was the only way he would win too, if he caught him and if it was stand up. More or less a fluke.

and most guys learn BJJ, because its almost natural, grappling is one of the first body mechanis you learn as a baby, its common, not everyone has the ability to time strikes or even KO people, and those people usually learn BJJ.
