by the way partner push ups is v.good, go until u drop, it forces players to work cos they dont want to let evry1 down ;)

So right now I kind of reduced my strength workout and added more plyometric stuff like you told me too but I do dead lifts of 50 lbs(half my body weight) 5 sets of 10 and bench press 70lbs 5 sets of 10 and 25 fly push ups and sometimes shoulder presses 40 lbs 5 sets of 10 reps...I've been getting stronger but still not strong enough to take enough a big DM... should I keep my workout like this?
@fznutmeg83 - If you want to add strength, you need to slowly increase the amount of weight you are using. Doing the same thing over and over wont get you where you want to be, keep increasing each time by a little bit, make sure you can handle the weight. Also I would reduce your sets from 5 to 2 or even 3 and do them super slow like 5 seconds up, 5 seconds down. This requires much more strength. Try it out and be careful start with lower weight.

After all my training in the summer I was bullying all of the 94 team off the ball today, and im a 95! Thanks for all your advice, however I still need to improve my finishing. Any advice other than practicing it?
@arsenalfaneric i know i aint him but for finishing with ur foot, when they cross the ball or pass it u Point the nside of ur foot to ur target and let the ball hit the inside of foot. i always do that and never miss
@arsenalfaneric - Watching it! Watch Messi - he is my favorite right now. He can score from any position and he never panics. Ever finish is precise even if he is striking the ball with pace it still has accuracy and direction. Go watch his goals from 2008 - 2011
